Obtaining an author's copy

1. To publish a scientific article, the author prepares an application to the Publishing House. The application includes a manuscript of the article prepared in accordance with the design requirements, a cover letter with information about the authors, and additional documents. We draw the attention of the authors: correct execution of the application reduces the time for reviewing materials and eliminates possible errors; applications with missing or incomplete information about the authors will not be considered.

2. The application for publication is sent by email to the editor the relevant publication. Any questions, comments, requests that the customer has during the publication of the article should be addressed to the editor of the publication by email.

3. By submitting an application, the author agrees to the terms Agreement on the publication of printed materials, other conditions and requirements published on the Publisher’s website, undertakes to comply with the ethics of scientific publications adopted by the Publisher, guarantees that the materials sent have not been published previously and are not under consideration in other publications, and the rights of other persons are respected during their preparation , the materials contain all necessary citations. The author is aware that an article published in violation of ethics is subject to revocation in accordance with the Procedure adopted by the Publishing House.

4. The period for preliminary consideration of the application by the editor is up to 3 working days. The editor checks the article’s compliance with the topic of the publication, the author’s compliance with the design requirements, the availability of necessary links to sources from the list of references, determines the level of borrowing, evaluates the structure and format of the article, language and style of presentation. If necessary, the editor has the right to ask for adjustments or reject the application, indicating the reason. The originality of the manuscript text must be at least 75% in accordance with the Anti-Plagiarism system. It is allowed to publish works posted in university online repositories of scientific articles (repositories) or on the authors’ personal Internet sites, but not published in other printed or electronic publications.

5. If there are no comments at the preliminary stage of consideration, the editor sends the manuscript for review.

Expert evaluation of the article is carried out in accordance with the Review Procedure adopted by the Publishing House. Taking into account the time required for authors to finalize articles based on reviewers’ comments, as well as for re-examination of manuscripts, the review period can be one month or more. 6. The editors decide on the publication of articles

, based on the reviewers' findings. The article may be accepted for publication, sent to the author for revision (with detailed recommendations), or rejected. The editorial decision is brought to the attention of the author. 7. If the article is accepted for publication, the editor sends the author a payment document

, which indicates the cost, options and payment procedure for publishing services. The publication can be paid for by universities, scientific and other organizations, authors, incl. through grant funds. At the author's request, all necessary documents confirming publication are provided: contracts, acts, invoices, certificates. 8. Approved and paid articles are subject to publication
