This is world practice and a civilized decision. If someone takes someone else’s property without asking and uses it, no matter in what connection: a television competition, a festival, any public performance, then this is a simple judicial story. The use of someone else's will be prohibited. The consequences, in my opinion, will be quite serious for a person who begins his creative journey with the illegal use of someone else's property. I think this is both a dubious reputation and a dubious path.
