  • Puff pastries can also be prepared with cream or cottage cheese. The dough needs to be divided into squares, brushed with egg, mix the cream cheese with sugar (take 60 g of sugar for 150 g), add the mixture in the middle and bake at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
