The only question is patience, with which, as Loboda admitted, she shoveled tons musical material, before flying from the ranks of the average to the pop pedestal. At the same time, she easily “removed” her closest competitor - Polina Gagarina, who had noticeably faded after Eurovision two years ago. The “Ukrainian” block at the award, in addition to Loboda, was represented by artists from the Meladze production center, as well as Max Barskikh, who made it into the top this year, but his “Mists-Mans” could not beat the “Eurovision” super hit of Sergei Lazarev You are the only one, with which he brilliantly represented Russia at last year's competition.

In the “Group of the Year” category, there was also finally a breath of fresh wind - the award was taken by the group “Gradusy”, which recently came under the wing of producer Yana Rudkovskaya. Yana, according to tradition, took up the matter thoroughly - and now listeners of Russian radio broadcasts do not have a single chance to remain ignorant of musical innovations from the group. The award was immediately followed by another sensation advertised by Rudkovskaya - the duet of Dima Bilan and Sergei Lazarev “Forgive Me,” which the day after the ceremony already topped the iTunes charts.

The final intrigue of the award was the announcement of the most trump nomination in the pop party - “Singer of the Year”, which, unexpectedly for everyone, became rapper Timati. Having previously fled from all the regalia of Russian show business like the devil from incense, Timan, as he is called in the crowd, suddenly lit up with happiness, receiving the coveted plate on the stage of the Olympic Stadium. Perhaps the rapper was happy with his own ingenious combination, which he managed to bring to life in just five years. It’s not for nothing that everyone who previously spat from dirty PR in the form of offensive name-calling, as well as accusations of homosexuality, drug addiction and other sins against the country’s main pop stars, now shout in unison Bravo to Timati and call his rapid entry into the first echelon of showbiz a royal gambit. Having built his rise on the powerful attacks of pop music representatives, Timati eventually received fantastic dividends - the image of a hooligan, millions of subscribers on Instagram, views on YouTube and an entire business empire Black Star. We will never know what Buzova thought at the moment of her defeat. But her disappointed face was seen by all the award spectators on the huge screen.

The singer changed her outfit, but still amazed everyone with her brilliance.

Even Maxim Galkin’s words of support did not help. The showman specifically approached his distressed colleague.

“You’re upset, Olya,” Galkin tried to pick up the girl.

“I didn't lose. Today, the fact that I am here is already a victory. “I haven’t even started yet... I performed six hits and shot four videos in five months,” Buzova said into the microphone, suppressing her emotions and breaking into tears. “The show is just beginning!”

After appearing on the carpet in the image of Aphrodite, Olga chose a more relaxed outfit for the award itself.
