2. If the bread is not sliced, cut the pieces not too thin. Cut it up and put it on a plate. Now coat each piece with ketchup.


3. Chop sausage, frankfurters or boiled meat (depending on what is available) into smaller pieces.
4. Place the frying pan on the fire and pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. The semolina is already well soaked in the bowl. Pour the sausage into it and mix well. Spread this sauce generously on each sandwich.
5. Fry sandwiches in a well-heated frying pan. First fry the coated side for about two minutes.
