This allows you to save consumables. In addition, the Photo Print Pilot program, unlike Qimage, has a Russian-language interface.

But, unfortunately, the application does not support working with less common file formats, and also has virtually no tools for photo editing.

ACD FotoSlate

The ACD FotoSlate application is a shareware program for printing photos on documents, for creating albums, calendars, postcards, etc. Such a wide variation in the varied design of images and their structural organization was achieved thanks to the presence of special Print Masters. Conveniently configured for printing a large number of photos. This program is suitable not only for home use, but also for the needs of professional photographers.

However, printing single photos in the ACD FotoSlate application is inconvenient. In addition, there is no Russian-language interface. There is virtually no image editing possible.

Pics Print

The Pics Print app is very similar in functionality to ACD FotoSlate. It also uses special Masters in its work that create albums, calendars, posters, postcards, business cards, etc. But, unlike the previous program, Pix Print has quite extensive capabilities for editing images, using effects, color management, contrast, etc.

The main disadvantage of the program, like ACD FotoSlate, is the lack of Russification of Pics Print.

priPrinter Professional

The main feature of the priPrinter Professional program is the ability to print photos to a virtual printer. This way, the user can see how the photo will turn out before printing it on a physical printer. Also, the program has extensive image editing capabilities.

This application is shareware, so if you use it for a long period, you will need to purchase it. However, this also applies to all other programs described here.

Photo Printer

This application is ideal for those users who prefer simplicity and convenience. Photo Printer is not burdened with cumbersome functionality, so its capabilities are limited only to printing photos. True, this function is implemented very successfully. Working with this program makes the printing process truly simple and convenient. The application provides the ability to mass print photographs on paper of various formats, including the ability to place several photographs on one sheet.

But Photo Printer is definitely not suitable for those users who need a multifunctional program with the ability to edit images. In addition, the application is entirely in English.

Ace Poster

The Ace Poster application is also not very multifunctional. His only task is to create posters. But, performing this process in this program is probably simple and convenient, like in no other. Ace Poster can produce a large poster even using a regular printer, dividing the image into several A4 pages. In addition, the program can capture pictures directly from the scanner, without saving scans on the computer’s hard drive.

But, unfortunately, Ace Poster cannot solve any other problems.

Home photo studio

The Home Photo Studio program is a real machine for working with photographs. With its help, you can not only print photos, arranging them on a sheet of paper as you wish, but also edit images, organize them into groups, draw, make photo montages, create collages, postcards, calendars and much more. Batch photo processing is available. Also, the program can be used to easily view images.

But, unfortunately, although Home Photo Studio has a fairly wide range of functions, many of them are not fully implemented or require improvement. Access to some features is inconvenient. So it seems that the developers, chasing several birds with one stone, did not catch a single one. The program looks rather crude.

As in the previous case, it has a simple interface, but there is practically nothing in terms of editing. Nevertheless, there is one very cool feature, namely, stretching the image onto several sheets if you are going to make so-called composite posters or posters. And quite a good choice of settings.

But still, no matter how well I describe all these small programs, there is nothing better than Photoshop. Yes, there you can not only play around, make collages or designs of something, but also work with photographs for printing. Therefore, I recommend that you study this photo editor because it will replace everything else for you, and you simply won’t want anything else.

To study it, I recommend that you study Photoshop course for beginners, or special course for photographers, where they teach you how to use Photoshop in terms of processing and working with photographs. Both courses are simply amazing and probably the most understandable among all that I have seen. So I highly recommend them.
