Preparation:

We will prepare this salad in the shape of the number 8, and to make it easier we need two glasses with different diameter sizes. We will also need a large flat dish or plate in which we will collect our salad.

1. And so, put two glasses on a plate, at the top with a smaller diameter, at the bottom with a larger one. And we begin to lay out layers.

2. Our first layer will be grated white from a boiled egg. We spread it in the form of two circles in the shape of a figure eight around the glasses, about three centimeters thick.


3. Drain the oil and juice from the tuna and separate it into fibers using a fork. Or you can use special tuna for salads. It is already crushed, and you just need to drain the liquid. Place it on top of the egg whites. Grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

4. Place the next layer of grated cheese.


5. Then grate the cucumber on a coarse grater, followed by grated carrots. In this case, you can lubricate each layer with mayonnaise, or, so as not to be too high in calories, do it through each layer.



6. Place the grated yolk on a fine grater as the last layer. And carefully remove the glasses.


7. Carefully remove any crumbs that have scattered around the edges using a napkin or a teaspoon.

8. And the final touch, decorate the salad with greens, canned corn and cut out flowers from protein. But you can just leave the number 8 without flowers. The salad will look beautiful anyway.

  • large red tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • mozzarella cheese - 2 balls (200 - 250 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • dried basil - 0.5 teaspoons
  • dried oregano - a pinch
  • fresh basil or parsley - sprig

Preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes into slices 3 - 5 mm thick. In order to do this carefully, you need to have a well-sharpened knife.


2. Cut the mozzarella cheese in the same way as the tomatoes. And place on a plate, alternating layers. If the mozzarella balls are not very large, but the tomato, on the contrary, is quite large, then you can simply mix it up, as in the video that we will have a little later.


3. Pour dry spices into olive oil, mix, and let stand for a while so that they have time to swell slightly and give off their aroma. Then pour oil over the tomatoes and cheese.


That's it, our salad is ready and you can serve it to the table. As you can see, preparing it is simple and quick. And he looks quite decent! In addition, it is very tasty and healthy. And it won't harm a woman's figure.

The next salad is also very simple, and is prepared based on another famous salad, when the ingredients are not mixed, but simply laid out in separate piles. Moreover, their composition can be completely different. The most important thing is that they all fit together.

  • ham or smoked sausage - 150 g
  • canned green peas - 150 g
  • canned corn - 150 gr
  • red bell pepper - 1 piece
  • hard cheese - 150 gr

  • crackers - 1 sachet
  • olives - 0.5 cans
  • mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:

1. For the salad, you can use any meat, it can be boiled meat, chicken, or like we have today, smoked sausage. You can even use crab sticks instead of meat, which will also go perfectly with all other products.

2. Cut the sausage, cucumber, cheese and bell pepper into strips of approximately the same size and thickness. Cut the olives into slices. They can also be replaced with olives.

3. To decorate the salad we will need a large flat dish. We have 8 ingredients in total; we divide the surface of the dish into 7 sectors and place each of the ingredients in one of them. Place the olives in the center.

4. We use crackers purchased from a bag.

5. Squeeze out beautiful lace paths from the bag of mayonnaise, framing each of the sectors with them. It turns out to be a very beautiful design. It is in this form that it should be served on the table.


6. Before you start eating the salad, you need to mix it with mayonnaise.

As you may have noticed, all the ingredients here are used fresh. There is no need to cook anything for the salad. I bought it in the store, washed it, cut it - and the delicious salad is ready. Spend only 15 minutes preparing it.

Princess Salad

And the next salad is made from chicken breast. You can pre-boil it, or you can buy it ready-made, for example smoked.

We will need:

  • chicken fillet – 200 gr
  • pitted prunes - 0.5 cups
  • boiled egg - 4 pcs
  • processed cheese - 100 gr
  • fresh or pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
  • walnuts - 0.5 cups
  • mayonnaise - - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Pour warm boiled water over the prunes and let them stand for a while until they swell slightly. Then dry and finely chop.

2. Separate the chicken fillet into fibers, or you can simply cut it into small cubes.

3. Grind half the nuts in a blender until they form coarse crumbs, roll the second half with a rolling pin so that the particles are the size of a small pea.

4. Cut the eggs and cucumber the same way you cut the chicken. If it’s cubed, then it’s cubes, and if it’s taken apart into fibers, it means it needs to be cut into small strips.

5. Put the cheese in the freezer for a while, then grate it, so it won’t stick together and the salad will look beautiful. Leave it and some of the large nuts for decoration. Also leave some prunes for decoration.

6. Mix all other ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. And also mix with mayonnaise.

Sometimes salting is not necessary, because if the chicken is smoked, it is already salty enough, and the mayonnaise is also salty. Therefore, do not overdo it with salt. But a little freshly ground pepper wouldn't hurt.

7. Place the mixed ingredients in a flat plate, giving them a mound shape. Arrange the reserved chopped prunes, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with large nuts.


The salad turns out very tender and incredibly tasty. And anyone can cook this! The only thing you need is to boil the eggs and cut all the ingredients. Fast, simple and easy!

Salad “Sudarushka”

Do you like smoked sausage with fresh cucumber? Then you will definitely like this salad. In addition, it contains no boiled ingredients, which means it cooks very quickly!

We will need:

  • smoked ham – 150 – 200 gr
  • fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • cheese - 150 - 200 gr
  • green salad - 1 fork
  • green peas - 3 - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. We will take smoked ham as the meat component, but in general you can use any other meat. We need to cut the meat into long thin strips.

2. Cut the cucumber and cheese into the same thin strips, but not so long.

3. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Then tear it into fairly large pieces.

Lettuce leaves should not be cut with a knife. In this case, they will release juice and become soft, dark and ugly.

4. Mix olive oil, wine vinegar (it can be replaced with balsamic, or, in extreme cases, apple vinegar) and mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Let it sit for a while. This will be our salad dressing.

5. Place lettuce leaves in a large flat plate. Place some chopped ham on them and form a small mound. Drizzle with a small amount of filling.

6. Place cheese and cucumbers on top and pour over the filling again.

7. The last layer will again be ham, followed by green peas. On which we pour the remaining dressing.


8. The salad must be refrigerated for 20 minutes so that all layers have time to soak in the dressing. Serve chilled.

  • parsley, dill, green onions
  • olive oil - 1 - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add salt, add the shrimp and after they boil, boil for 30-40 seconds depending on their size. Drain in a colander, let cool slightly and peel.

2. Cut tomatoes, cucumber and pepper into small pieces. Chop the greens and onions and add to the vegetables. Add also half of the shrimp. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir.

It is best to use freshly ground pepper.

3. Mix soy sauce with olive oil. Pour half into the salad and stir.


4. Place in a salad bowl. Garnish with the remaining herbs, shrimp and top with the remaining oil and soy sauce.

Soy sauce can be replaced with balsamic vinegar.

You can also season the salad with mayonnaise, or mayonnaise mixed with a small amount of ketchup.

He does it very well, the result is always predictable, that is, the pilaf invariably turns out delicious. And it’s not at all difficult to prepare; besides, cooking pilaf is a matter of purely male hands in the East. Therefore, men take on this with pleasure.

Our mothers, daughter and husband always gather for the holiday, and sometimes my brother and his family drop by. And everyone always eats wonderful Uzbek pilaf with pleasure. And no one in all these years has ever asked: “What, pilaf again?”

I usually prepare my own spice sets, and for chicken it includes ground coriander, cumin, thyme, oregano, thyme, garlic, turmeric, paprika. This set not only gives great taste, but also an appetizing golden brown crust.

3. Pour the spices into a separate bowl, add salt and freshly ground pepper there. You can add regular pepper, but freshly ground pepper gives an incredible aroma.

4. Now you need to coat the entire chicken outside and inside with the resulting mixture and leave it to marinate for 30 - 40 minutes.

By the way, you can cut it along the chest line, then the chicken will not be voluminous, but flat and will bake faster.

5. 15 minutes before the end of this time, light the oven and heat it up. We will need a temperature of 180 degrees.

6. Now you need to decide how you will bake the chicken, in a bag or on a baking sheet. By and large, it will be delicious! Therefore, choose any method.

7. Having placed the chicken in a hot oven, we leave it there to bake for about 50 minutes. The time, of course, depends on the size of the chicken; it may take a little more time.


The criterion for readiness will be that our chicken becomes rosy, smells delicious, and it also looks very appetizing. When piercing the meat in its thickest part, no pink juice should appear on the surface.

8. When the chicken is completely ready, take it out and cut it into portions. You can serve it with any side dish and fresh vegetables. Well, or with any of the above salads that you prepare for this holiday.

  • chicken legs - 4 pcs
  • canned pineapple slices - half a can

  • spices - 1 - 2 teaspoons
  • salt, freshly ground pepper - to taste

For sour cream sauce:

  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. heaped spoons
  • pineapple juice - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • greens - optional

Preparation:

1. Mix 2 tbsp. spoons of pineapple juice from a can, olive or any other vegetable oil, but odorless, spices, salt and pepper. Let sit for a while so that the spices disperse and the taste of the marinade becomes homogeneous.

2. Wash the chicken legs and dry with paper towels, then rub with the resulting marinade and leave to marinate for 1 - 2 hours, turning the legs over periodically. At the same time, you can still thoroughly rub the mixture into the skin.

3. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Place the legs in a baking dish and place a pineapple slice on each of them. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, prepare sour cream sauce. To do this, mix sour cream, pineapple juice from a can and chopped garlic. For piquancy, you can add a sprig of chopped parsley or basil.


5. The finished legs can be served with any side dish, pouring sour cream sauce over them. Everything turned out quickly, tasty and festive.

Instead of chicken, you can quickly cook meat, such as pork.

We will need:

  • pork chops - by number of servings
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 100 - 150 gr

Let's start with the king of any of our tables - salad. It is similar to the popular herring under a fur coat, but it has a “zest” – pickled mushrooms.

Ingredients:

1 boiled beets – 1 pc.

2 boiled carrots – 1 pc.

3 sour apple – 1 pc.

4 marinated mushrooms – 150 gr

5 herring – 1 pc.

Preparation:

Divide all the ingredients in half and place them in a festive bowl, layer by layer, not forgetting to coat with mayonnaise to your taste.

Ingredients:

1 boiled potato – 2 pcs.

2 boiled chicken – 200 g

3 bows – 1 pc.

4 eggs – 2 pcs.

5 pickled cucumber (large) – 1 pc.

6 boiled beets – 1 pc.

Preparation:

Cut potatoes, chicken, eggs, cucumber into cubes, season with mayonnaise, add scalded onions to them. Place everything in a deep plate. On top - grated beets and decorate with a mesh of mayonnaise.

Snacks


Ingredients:

1 chicken gizzards – 1 kg

2 red onions – 2 pcs.

3 garlic – 2 cloves

4 soy sauce – 3 tbsp. spoons

5 vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. spoon

Preparation:

Boil the cleaned chicken gizzards for 1.5 hours. Fry the onion cut into half rings together with the stomachs. Add spices, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar. Mix all this deliciousness and put it in a cold place.


There can be many options for filling, whatever is available from the products. I offer 2 options. The form of delivery may vary, try envelopes.

Ingredients:

1 thin pita bread – 1 package

2 canned fish – 1 can

3 grated cheese – 400 gr

4 greens (dill, parsley, cilantro)

Preparation:

First filling: mash canned fish with a fork, mix with cheese, dill

Second filling: mix any cheese with plenty of greens, add spices, a little mayonnaise

Unwrap the thin pita bread, you can cut it into several parts, put your own filling on each sheet, and roll up a small envelope. I like lavash with filling to fry a little on both sides.

From this fish you can make dishes for a whole banquet. I'll add one more recipe.

Ingredients:

1 large fresh frozen herring – 3 pcs.

2 bows – 2 pcs.

3 spices, granulated sugar

4 mustard

6 vegetable oil

Preparation:

Peel the herring and cut into strips, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, and sugar. We cut the onion into rings and place them tightly in jars in layers: onion - herring - onion and so on until the top. Pour in the sauce: vegetable oil, vinegar and mustard. Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for several hours.

And, of course, my favorite quick pickled cucumbers. I cook them for any holiday. And no matter how rich the table is set, my cucumbers are the first to be swept away! They will be especially relevant for the Lenten holiday menu.

Ingredients:

1 cucumber – 5-6 pcs.

3 garlic – 4-5 cloves

Preparation:

Wash the cucumbers; if they are large, cut them into several parts; if they are small, cut them into 2 parts. Place in any dense container - bag, jar - add coarsely chopped garlic, dill and salt well. Close, shake the contents and put in the refrigerator. While you are waiting for guests, shake regularly.

Second course

Let me remind you that today I am offering you inexpensive dishes for your holiday table. And for a hot meal you can prepare tender and juicy liver pancakes.

Ingredients:

1 liver (any, your favorite) – 1 kg

2 bows – 2 pcs.

3 eggs – 2 pcs.

4 flour - 3 tbsp

5 semolina - 3 tbsp

6 carrots – 1 pc.

Preparation:

Pass the liver, onions and carrots through a meat grinder, add eggs, semolina, flour, spices, mix everything thoroughly. Place the minced meat in a heated frying pan with a spoon and fry on both sides. Serve with sour cream

You can prepare original potatoes as a side dish

Ingredients:

1 potato – 6 pcs.

For the sauce:

2 butter – 100 g

3 grated cheese – 5 tablespoons

4 sour cream – 1 tbsp

5 garlic – 3 cloves

6 herbs, spices

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes and boil until tender. Once cool, cut in half lengthwise. Place each slice on a baking sheet and spread with garlic sauce: mixed butter, cheese, sour cream, garlic and herbs. Next you will need to bake it all. Everyone knows their stove, cook over moderate heat for 15 minutes.

Dessert

Let's move on to desserts. For savory baked goods, I offer puff pastries with vegetables. They have a great aromatic taste.

Ingredients:

1 frozen puff pastry – 1 package

2 red onions – 3 pcs.

3 sweet tomatoes – 6 pcs.

4 bell peppers

5 herbs, spices

Preparation:

Fry all the chopped vegetables, herbs, garlic in vegetable oil and simmer for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut out small squares, place them on a greased baking sheet. Along the perimeter of the squares, slightly retreating from the edge, make shallow cuts. Place the filling in the middle of our boats. Bake for 20 minutes.

And you can serve wonderful unusual cupcakes with tea. Guests will be pleased: healthy, and most importantly, delicious!

Ingredients:

1 peeled pumpkin – 200 g,

2 finely ground oat flakes – 100 g

3 peeled nuts – 100 g

4 butter – 150 g

5 sugar – 150 gr

6 eggs – 3 pcs.

7 flour – 150 gr

8 baking powder – 2 teaspoons

Preparation:

Grind the pumpkin on a fine grater and chop the nuts in a blender. Grind the butter with sugar and eggs, add pumpkin, nuts, oatmeal, flour and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly. Place the dough in small molds, filling them halfway as they will rise twice as much. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 25 minutes. Decorate the finished cupcakes with powdered sugar.

Well, for dessert – fruit.

Ingredients:

1 any fruit

2 skewers or toothpicks

Preparation:

Cut any fruits that are on the store counter at this time of year - apples, pears, raspberries, gooseberries, bananas - into small cubes. Thread onto skewers or toothpicks, alternating colors. It will be bright and original.
