Results of the Unified State Exam 2016.

Based on the results of the Unified State Exam in 2016, Rosobrnadzor prepared a document that clearly reflects the dynamics of passing the Unified State Exam compared to 2015, the range of test scores in all subjects, and also presents many other statistical data:

Among the features of this year's examination campaign, the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Dmitry Livanov named a significant increase in graduates' interest in passing natural science subjects. Also, according to him, the level of preparation of Unified State Examination participants for exams has generally increased, which was manifested both in an increase in the average test score in a number of subjects and in a significant decrease in the number of those who were unable to overcome the established minimum level.

Results of the Unified State Exam 2015.

On June 29, the head of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, S.S. Kravtsov, summed up the preliminary results of the 2015 exams at a press conference at the Situation and Information Center on the Unified State Examination.

Unified State Exam 2015 statistics:
The average test score in nine subjects increased compared to last year.

In 2015, the Unified State Exam was held in 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and in 52 foreign countries (for schools at embassies, military units of the Russian Federation and others).

In total, 725 thousand people took part in the Unified State Exam (in 2014 - 733,368), of which 650 thousand people were graduates of the current year (in 2014 - 684,574).

To conduct the Unified State Exam, 5,700 PES were organized (5,872 in 2014).

More than 20,000 people were accredited as public observers.

To ensure the transparency of examination procedures, an additional 150 federal inspectors and 2 thousand federal observers were sent to some regions. Monitoring of exams on the SMOTRIEGE.RF portal was carried out by over 10,000 on-line observers.

The most popular elective subjects, as last year, were:

- social studies (passed by 51.2% of Unified State Exam participants);
- physics (22%);
- history (20%);
- biology (17.4%).

The total number of 100-point students in all USE subjects in 2015 is 3,922 people (in 2014 - 3,705 people).

Thanks to the functioning of a multi-level system designed to ensure objectivity and transparency of the Unified State Exam and the prevention of violations, this year it was possible to avoid Unified State Exam tourism, leaks of control measuring materials and many other problems that accompanied the Unified State Exam in previous years.

Coefficient of coordination of the work of the subject commission

The consistency of the work of the subject commission is determined
So:
- Take one job:
1) the sum of points given by one expert is considered
for this work
2) the sum of points given by others is considered
expert for this work
3) subtract 1) from 2) (or vice versa), take the module
received value (1)
4) it is considered what the maximum score could be received
the author of this work, if for the maximum score
would have completed all the tasks of Part C that I started,
those. maximum score for part C (minus maximum
points for those tasks that he did not start) (2)
5) the ratio of value (1) to value (2) is calculated
- This procedure is carried out for all work
- The average value for the entire body of work is considered.

Exam participants:
- did not distinguish between pressure force and normal force
support reaction and, accordingly, did not see
the need to apply the third law
Newton;
- not all forces acting on the body were taken into account;
- introduced centrifugal force into consideration
inertia without proper transition to
non-inertial reference system;
- traditionally made mistakes when choosing
optimal coordinate axes and at
projecting vector quantities onto them;
- Newton's second law was mistakenly written in
vector form, assuming that the acceleration of the block
is centripetal.

30 The strong managed it, but the average ones are already having difficulties

- lack of understanding of the physical meaning
non-system unit of pressure measurement

- errors when writing the equilibrium condition

Newton's second law.
Significant problem of experts:
examinees often described the solution
very briefly, “condensing” the reasoning into
one or two formulas.

31 Lowest % of completion, highest percentage of appeals: 7 formulas! The correct formula with the wrong solution!

32 Two variants of the problem: one was almost never started, the other - a large percentage of correct solutions

On the official website of FIPI, in the section “Analytical and methodological materials”, “Methodological recommendations for teachers, prepared on the basis of an analysis of typical mistakes of USE participants in 2017” have been published, this is where you can find information about what was the average Unified State Exam score in physics in 2017.

Table 1

Average USE score 2017 in physics

155,281 people took part in the Unified State Exam in Physics in 2017, including 98.9% of current year graduates. In percentage terms, the number of participants in the Unified State Exam in Physics has not changed and is about 24% of the total number of graduates of the current year.

The largest number of Unified State Examination participants in physics is noted in Moscow (9943), Moscow Region (6745), St. Petersburg (5775), the Republic of Bashkortostan (5689) and Krasnodar Territory (4869).

The average USE score in physics in 2017 was 53.16, which is higher than last year (50.02 test points).

The minimum Unified State Exam score in physics in 2017, as in 2016, was 36 tb, which corresponded to 9 primary points. The percentage of exam participants who did not achieve the minimum score in 2017 was 3.78%, which is significantly less than the percentage of participants who did not achieve the minimum limit in 2016 (6.11%).

Compared to the two previous years, in 2017 the proportion of unprepared and poorly prepared participants (who scored up to 40 thousand points) decreased significantly.

The share of graduates demonstrating average results (41–60 points) remained practically unchanged, while the share of high-scorers (81–100 points) increased, reaching the maximum values for three years – 4.94%.

278 exam participants scored the maximum test score, which is higher than the results of the previous two years.

The maximum initial score for the work is 50.

For the Unified State Exam in Physics, the range from 61 to 100 test points is also significant, which demonstrates the readiness of graduates to successfully continue their education in higher education organizations. In 2017, this group of graduates increased significantly compared to the previous two years and amounted to 21.44%. These results indicate an improvement in the quality of physics teaching in specialized classes.

Rosobrnadzor summed up the results of the main and additional stages of the 2017 Unified State Exam. In general, statistics show that this year's graduates completed the exams more successfully than last year. About 620 thousand people took part in the Unified State Exam.

The number of poor students has halved. This, for example, happened during the history exam. In other subjects, the numbers vary, but there have actually been fewer unsatisfactory papers: in biology - by 0.3%, in chemistry - by 1.1%, in literature - by 1.5%, in physics - by 2%, in social studies - by 4%, in foreign languages - by 25%.

The number of participants who scored from 80 to 100 points in the 2017 Unified State Exam increased by 2%.

Rosobrnadzor does not lose sight of talented graduates who managed to score the highest score in three subjects at once. This year there were six such guys: two from Yekaterinburg and one each from St. Petersburg, Penza, Perm and Kurgan. In 2016, there were only three three-hundred-pointers: from Olenegorsk (Murmansk region), Kemerovo and Kirov.

The number of violations related to cheating has decreased by a quarter compared to last year. However, it “goes” not only to graduates, but also to teachers. Thus, in Ingushetia, a school director was fired for trying to help students take the Unified State Exam. In all regions, teachers are being targeted for firing for accidentally ringing the phone during the Unified State Examination, as well as for the fact that they “overlooked” the students who brought their phone to the exam. Such cases of demonstrative reprisals (even against honored teachers with twenty years of experience) sometimes cause bewilderment.

But as for scandals, this year they occurred not at the time of passing the exam, but during appeals. All over the country, Unified State Examination participants are complaining about gross non-compliance with appeal rules.

In some regions, the conflict commission decided to change the points even before the start of the procedure itself, and notified the graduates after the fact (without the right to appeal, since all the points were already included in the final document; naturally, there was no talk about the graduate’s signature next to the final grade and speech didn't work). In other cases, the organizers prevented both the filing of an appeal and the personal presence of the Unified State Examination participant at the meeting (for example, by “forgetting” to name the date or deliberately preventing the signing of documents necessary for attendance). Graduates also complained that their arguments were not taken into account, and the written justification for the appeal was refused to be filed with the case. The experts tried their best to maintain the original score, citing non-existent assessment criteria and finding fault with little things that do not affect the scoring at all. All this caused a wave of indignation among graduates and their loved ones. An appeal to the Unified State Exam hotline also did not bring results, since at the opposite end the upset parents were told that “the order of the meeting of the conflict commission will not be disputed.”

The blatant injustice towards the appellants, as well as negligence in the initial verification of the papers, is what we will remember about the USE 2017.

The Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science has summed up the preliminary results of the 2017 Unified State Exam in social studies, literature and physics.

During the main period, about 318 thousand participants took the Unified State Exam in Social Studies, the Unified State Exam in Physics - more than 155 thousand participants, the Unified State Exam in Literature - more than 41 thousand participants. Average scores in all three subjects in 2017 are comparable to last year.

The number of Unified State Exam participants who failed to overcome the established minimum threshold in subjects has decreased: in social studies to 13.8% from 17.5% last year, in physics - to 3.8% from 6.1%, in literature - to 2 .9% from 4.4% a year earlier.

“The average scores are comparable to last year’s results, this indicates the stability of the exam and the objectivity of the assessment. It is important that the number of those who fail to overcome the minimum thresholds decreases. This happens largely due to competent work with the results of the Unified State Examination, when they are analyzed and used in the work of institutes for advanced training of teachers. In a number of regions, the project “I will pass the Unified State Exam” has produced very serious results,” noted the head of Rosobrnadzor, Sergei Kravtsov.

Thanks to the use of technology for scanning participants' work at examination points, the Unified State Examination results in social studies, literature and physics were processed ahead of the deadlines established by the schedule for issuing results. Graduates will be able to find out their results a day earlier.
