We bend the bag in half, as if covering our layer - this must be done so that the cookies do not spill out of the bag during crumbling.

We will perform this operation several times, because... We need to add cocoa to one part, and the second part will go clean.

It will be good if you take a thick bag, then it will not tear quickly.

Take a rolling pin and roll out the cookies. Shake the contents of the package periodically so that it is evenly ground.

At the end of the procedure, the plastic bag will have a hole, so count on this, and carry out the procedure on a clean table from which you can collect the contents into a bowl.

2. Preparing the liquid base.

Pour milk into a 3-liter saucepan, add sugar and bring to a boil. From the moment the mass boils, cook for another 1 minute. During this time, the sugar will dissolve in the milk.

I take a saucepan with such a capacity, with the expectation that I will mix all the ingredients in it. I don’t like to dirty dishes too much, so I try to do everything in one container (if possible).

The milk-sugar mixture has boiled for 1 minute, add butter or margarine, dissolve it in the hot mixture and put it aside - let it cool slightly.

The liquid must cool to such a state that we can sculpt potatoes without getting burned.

3. Form cakes using photos.

Pour cookie crumbs without cocoa and 3 tbsp into the warm milk-butter mixture. spoons of ground nuts, mix thoroughly. Nuts can be ground in the same way as cookies.

Then pour in cognac or grape juice. And again, mix everything well.

Now it's time to fold in the cocoa cookie crumbs. Mix the mixture well. I always keep an extra 200 grams of cookies ready, because... Sometimes it turns out to be a slightly liquid mass, to which I add crumbs of additional cookies in portions.

Scoop out the thoroughly kneaded mass with a tablespoon. As we can see, the spoon is filled with a large mound.

We spread the mixture, but use your palm and fingers to remove it from the spoon. You can control the size of the cake yourself.

I get medium-sized koloboks, which we roll out into sausages and give them the desired shape.

Your children will be happy to help you make koloboks. This process is so addictive that they will remember this day for the rest of their lives.

Roll the formed balls in ground cookies or nuts. As a last resort, if all this is not available, then ground crackers are quite suitable. So, when you get ready to cook potatoes, buy extra cookies for sprinkling.
