1. General Provisions

1.2. The forklift driver is a full-time warehouse employee.

1.3. The forklift driver is hired and dismissed from work in accordance with the procedure established by current labor legislation, by order of the director of the enterprise upon the recommendation of the warehouse manager

1.4. The forklift driver reports directly to the warehouse shift supervisor.

1.5 Persons who have appropriate professional training and documents entitling them to drive a forklift and have at least 6 months of professional experience are appointed as a forklift driver.

2. The forklift driver is obliged to:
