Timur Bikbulatov before and after. The name of the winner of the second season of “Weighted People” has become known. What is your current weight? Is it difficult to live with this weight?

Kazan resident Timur Bikbulatov became the winner of the reality show “Weighted People.” The goal of the project is to lose excess weight. To do this, participants live in a house for 16 weeks, where nutritionists, fitness instructors and psychologists work with them. The winner of the project - the person who has lost the most kilograms (measured as a percentage of the initial weight) - is awarded Grand Prize- 2.5 million rubles.

In the second season of the reality show, the winner was Kazan resident Timur Bikbulatov. He lost 53.7 kilograms. Timur came to the project weighing 148 kilograms, and at the final weigh-in the scales froze at 94.3. Thus, he lost 36.28% of his weight, ahead of his nearest rival by 0.96%.

By the way, victory was not easy for Timur. He was eliminated from the show at the end of the seventh week, when he lost the fewest pounds compared to the rest of the participants, but then returned to the project again.

Timur Bikbulatov is 30 years old. Since childhood, he suffered from excess weight, but was always the life of the party. He played in a music group, in KVN, and married a slender beauty. But the kilograms still did not allow him to lead a full life. For example, he loved karting and auto racing, but he could not engage in this sport - he did not fit into the car seat.

Timur tried to lose weight by taking dietary supplements and fasting, but nothing helped. When obesity began to provoke other diseases, he decided that something needed to be done. His friend helped him make the decision, suggesting that he go to the casting of the “Weighted People” project.

I have two children, I wanted to raise them, see them grow, be an example for them. But I realized that if this continues, I won’t be able to be with them for a long time, because excess weight does not improve health,” says Timur.

Now Timur Bikbulatov has changed beyond recognition. Not only the excess weight went away, but also health problems.

Before the project, my wife and I tried for three years to have a third child, but alas, everything was unsuccessful. But now we are waiting, it will be soon. This is proof that anything is possible,” Timur Bikbulatov shows a photo of his happy pregnant wife.

It's no secret that reality shows are broadcast on tape. And filming ended not on May 28, when the finale of the program was shown, but in the winter. Returning home, Timur did not let everything take its course.

During the project, I absorbed all the information, I understood that when this project ends, a new one called “life” will begin, and it is necessary not only to preserve the result, but to multiply it, says Timur.

Now he continues to lose weight. On this moment his weight is 84 kilograms. This is exactly the figure he set for himself at the beginning of the project.

Now my life brings me joy. Even from training muscle pain If you feel pleasure, it means that you have trained well. Previously, I had difficulty climbing to the second floor - shortness of breath, palpitations. And today I run to the 14th floor without problems. Previously, my favorite time of year was winter - I put on clothes and it’s not clear what goes on - a ball or a square, I hated summer. Now I wear T-shirts and shorts,” says Timur.

The guy not only dramatically changed his weight, but also his life. Before the project, he worked in the construction industry, then he decided to quit everything, realizing that his calling was to help fat people gain a slim figure and health.

I have people who come to me to study. The program by which I work with them differs from the program on “Weighted People”. In the project it is emergency and is not suitable for real life, because in addition to the need to lose weight, we also have a family, work, and we need strength to remain on them. Therefore, you need to lose weight gradually, says Timur.

Tips from Timur Bikbulatov for those who want to lose weight:

1. Visit a doctor and have your body examined. There are no healthy fat people. The weight loss program will depend on the presence of diseases.

2. If, based on the results of the examination, you only have problems with your heartbeat (all fat people have them), then you can begin the preparatory stage - this is cardio training.

3. Walk 3 kilometers every morning and evening. When this distance is easy, you can increase the mileage to 4-5, preparing the heart and respiratory system for stress. Timur starts his day at 6:30 am with a run and ends the day with it.

4. At the same time, adjust your diet. Diet selection is an individual thing. But it is beneficial for everyone to reduce the amount of food consumed by 20-30%. Moreover, remove this 20% from all dishes in your diet, and not just from sweets and starchy foods. You will be hungry. But this is normal - overweight people have very big size. And remember that there are no magic diets or pills. Otherwise there would be no fat people.

5. Now you can start strength training. We need to make it clear to the body that we need muscles every day. It is necessary that the volume muscle mass increased and fat decreased.

6. Exercise every day, not every now and then. Then you will get a “vaccination” of sports and obesity will not catch up with you. Don't make excuses to take care of your health. Love yourself and spare no effort, time and money on your health. It will thank you.

Timur Bikbulatov, as the winner of the show, received 2.5 million rubles. He invested them in his new business. But he considers the main prize not money, but a new worldview and a “new head”, which this project gave him.

A resident of Kazan, Timur Bikbulatov, became a participant in the reality show “Weighted People”. He came to the project weighing 148 kilograms and dreams of getting rid of excess weight.

According to the rules of the project, the main characters of the show are people suffering from excess weight. Competitors are divided into two teams, and each week the team that loses the least weight chooses a competitor to be eliminated.

The heroes of the show will undergo sports activities under the supervision of experienced trainers, complex diets and calorie counting. In addition, they will constantly be tempted by various delicious desserts and complete freedom of action. At the end of the project, only three participants will remain, and the winner will receive not only a beautiful and slender figure, but also a cash prize of 2,500,000 rubles. Kazan told the portal site how he got on the show and what it would be difficult for him to refuse

Admit it, how did you get involved in the project? By what criteria, other than being overweight, were participants selected?

When I was visiting best friend, the first episode of “Weighted People” was shown on TV. Artem began to egg me on: “You definitely need to get into the show, this is just for you!” I laughed it off, saying that, of course, this is cool, but the participants have already been recruited, and how can you get through the casting when there are thousands of people willing? And after a while, one day he called me and asked me to urgently come to one place. I didn’t know where I was going, but on the spot I saw a banner for the project - it turned out to be the STS-Kazan office. So I got to the casting, thanks to a friend, quite by accident, and an hour before it ended. As for the criteria, this should rather be asked from the organizers. In turn, I can say that my greatest fear was to fail at the medical examination stage. All fat people have some health problems, so I was afraid of being left behind because of this.

Tell us how you came to the point where you had to take emergency measures to lose weight?

To be honest, there were several such moments. But I started thinking about it seriously when I turned thirty. I don’t know about others, but my transition from twenty to thirty passed with the understanding that something needed to change. I realized that I needed to be an example for my children, that if I didn’t change something, I could only stay with my family for so long. a short time. Because weight problems do not prolong life.

Why weren’t you able to lose weight on your own before the project?

In my life there was a long period of different diets and dietary supplements, which was painful and unpleasant. This experience turned out to be disastrous for me, and I decided to give it up. The sad result of such experiments is that at first there really is a result, but then overweight return with interest. So it was a stable process: I lose weight, gain weight, and do the same thing again.

What is your current weight? Is it difficult to live with this weight?

Now my weight is 148 kilograms. I cannot say that I was once flawed or unsociable; on the contrary, I was always socially active both at school and at college: I had several of my own musical groups, KVN, sports, in general, quite active life. But still, extra pounds often don’t allow you to do what you want. For example, I love auto racing and karting, but at some point I had to give it up because I simply couldn’t fit in the seat.

The total weight of all participants at the start of the project is 2,735 kilograms. The weight of the lightest participant is 108 kg, and the heaviest is 218.

How much would you like to lose on the project?

I want to lose 50% of my body weight, which is 75 kilograms. I don’t know if it’s possible to do this without harm to health, but I really want it.

What tests do you think will be more difficult to pass - sports ones or those related to giving up certain foods?

For me, the most difficult thing is separation from my family. I prepare myself that there are no other options, and I don’t perceive this as a test, so I can’t say what I’m afraid of. Yes, I assume there will be crash diets and crash diets. physical exercise, but I also understand that I have to go to the end.

Do you play sports now?

At one time, I was involved in freestyle wrestling and martial arts, it helped to keep myself at a certain mark on the scales. And then I gave up sports, the weight crept up, and after a while I felt all my “burden” to the fullest.

Do you now understand what food will be most difficult for you to give up? Which dish will you miss the most?

Our family has a cult of meat, so we consume a large number of various smoked meats. But perhaps the hardest thing for me will be to say goodbye to kebabs - our signature family dish. My father cooked barbecue for any occasion, and from him this passed on to me. I don’t like the process of absorption itself, but rather the preparation: it gives me great pleasure to see people who like to devour my meat masterpieces (smiles).

If you are lucky and become a winner, what will you spend your winnings on?

My main goal is to lose weight, and winning (if I can) will be a bonus, so I haven't thought much about it. But if the cards turn out this way, I’ll spend something on my children and wife, but most I would invest money in a project that would help people like me.

The show “Weighted People”, the first Russian analogue of the world famous American reality project TheBiggestLoser. The show is already filmed in 25 and broadcast in 90 countries. The host of the Russian version was the slender beauty Yulia Kovalchuk.

Timur Bikbulatov, show winner: “First of all, this victory over yourself and over your bad habits. I became much stronger, I realized that even if someone goes against you, you need to fight to the end. And if you act honestly towards yourself and others, you will definitely win. Now I specifically look at my old photographs and think: “Who is this ugly and fat man?” You can't imagine how much everything has changed since the project. This is just fantastic, I’m a completely different person now!”

An additional prize - 500,000 rubles - was received by a 32-year-old Yakov Povarenkin from Izhevsk, who continued to lose weight after leaving the project. He managed to overtake everyone losing weight outside the show and lose 56.9 kilograms, which is 33.87% of his original body weight.

Lika Blank, general producer of STS Media:“The main result of the project is not the lost kilograms of the participants, but the fact that in return they receive faith in their own strength, which they pass on to all viewers.”

Yulia Sumacheva, general producer of White Media:“Participants in the second season of the project “Weighted People” showed incredible results. For me, each of them is a winner, since each was able to do the most difficult thing - defeat themselves.”

Unlike the first season, there were four participants in the finale of the show instead of three. In addition to Timur Bikbulatov, Alena Zaretskaya from Ukhta, Margarita Bogatyreva from Orenburg and Yan Samokhvalov from the village of Monino, Moscow Region, competed for the main prize.

Yan Samokhvalov, 22 years old, - 66.4 kg (- 35.32%):“I decided to take charge of myself when I learned that I might not live to see 30. And, frankly, without the trainers and specialists of the project nothing would have happened. It was the coolest, but also the most difficult period in my life. Yes, I always wanted to reach the final and win, but the main thing is that the life of a thin person lies ahead of me.”

Alena Zaretskaya, 28 years old, - 41.2 kg (- 32.44%):“I came to the project so that someone would believe in me. And in the finale, on the one hand, I was happy, and on the other, sad. After all, I said goodbye to those who put a lot of effort into me all this time. Special thanks to Irochka Turchinskaya and Denis Semenikhin. Until the end of my life I will remember Denis’s phrase said during training: “If you start something, bring it to the end!” Then these words helped me a lot.”

Margarita Bogatyreva, 24 years old, - 32.8 kg (- 29.55%):“If I hadn’t gotten on the show, I would never have lost so many kilograms. I can honestly say: I was born again here.”

Second season. Only numbers

4,050 km (and this is practically the length of the whole of Europe from north to south) - bike ride on a simulator for the entire duration of the show;
. Participants “swimmed” more than 15,000 km on a rowing machine;
. The participants collectively lost more than 800 kg in four months;
. 8 participants individually lost more than 50 kg;
. The presenter of the show, Yulia Kovalchuk, changed more than 40 outfits during the project.

Limoncella saved me from soda

According to the creators of the project, this season all 18 participants knew what they were getting into. During all this time, the “weighed” have never broken into a locked refrigerator, as happened last year. And when in one of the first competitions the opportunity arose to eat whatever he wanted, the only one who decided to do it was Dmitry Shareichuk, but he also ended up choosing a low-calorie watermelon. Alexander Podolenyuk also resisted the temptation to drink harmful soda, replacing his favorite drink with “limoncello” - that’s what the participants called water diluted with lemon juice. By the way, in the second season the menu was varied and was never repeated.

Yulia Bastrigina, project nutritionist:“Sometimes, due to changes in well-being or in tests, I had to personally adjust the diet for a particular participant. To ensure a variety of dishes, I studied culinary sites and consulted with our wonderful chef Evgeniy Lopin.”

Nice bonuses for working on yourself

“Weighted people” were helped not only by trainers and project specialists, but also by invited guests. For example, the hosts of the show “MasterChef. Children" Andrey Shmakov, Giuseppe D'Angelo, Alexander Belkovich and the winner of the show Alexey Starostin told how to prepare not only healthy, but also delicious food.
Alexander Rogov, the host of the show “Catch in 24 Hours,” also conducted a fashionable master class, and the goalkeeper of the Russian beach soccer team, Andrei Bukhlitsky, organized a match between the teams. The finalists of the first season also came to support the participants: Vesta Romanova, Maxim Nekrylov and Pyotr Vasiliev.

In addition to difficult trials, the “weighted” also received pleasant bonuses. So, before the final, they spent a weekend in Sochi, where they rode on a yacht, danced in a rock club, tried their hand at bungee jumping and experienced the Formula 1 track. By the way, the latter was Timur Bikbulatov’s long-standing desire: heavy weight did not allow him to drive a sports car, but after losing weight, Timur managed to do it.

Nikolai Kharkov’s dream also came true - during the project he wrote a song, calling it the anthem of all “balanced people,” and recorded it in the studio together with the participants of the second season.

During the project, Peter demonstrated his strong-willed character, losing 57.9 kg (initially the young man weighed 155 kg). It should be noted that Peter played sports in his youth, so heavy physical activity was not new to him.

According to him, the hardest part was in the first two weeks of the show, when he had to completely change all his habits, preferences, and daily routine. But maintaining the results after the project turned out to be quite easy:

— After the project, I became interested in CrossFit, and at a recent competition in Kaliningrad I showed 8th result among 15 people. Our plans are to undergo specialized training at a medical school to become a professional trainer,” says Peter.

Now he weighs 104 kg, but this is no longer fat, but muscle. The young man works out actively to keep himself in shape.

Concerning appearance, then he admits that due to sudden weight loss he was faced with sagging skin on his stomach and arms. I solved the problem with wraps and massage.

Winner of the second season - Timur Bikbulatov

The 30-year-old Kazan resident came to the show weighing 148 kg. His path was not easy: despite the fact that he was the captain of one of the teams, the participants voted for his exclusion. Timur managed to return and prove that his opponents had good reason to fear him: in 16 weeks he lost 53.7 kg.

Upon returning to Kazan, Timur did not give up training. He devoted 3 hours to cardio and strength training, 5 days a week, and achieved a result of 92 kg. After Timur restored muscular frame and stabilized his weight, he decided to undergo skin tightening surgery.

— I don’t understand people who refuse to lose weight, citing the fact that their stomach and chest will look ugly later. With rapid weight loss, consequences with the skin can be avoided, but even if problems appear, they can be easily eliminated, given the high level of modern plastic surgery. Excess weight kills us, and all problems with appearance are secondary in comparison with this.

Timur spoke in detail about the operation in in social networks and even posted photos and videos from the operating room. According to him, he is very pleased with the results and has already returned to training. By the way, Timur now works as a personal trainer and offers long-term weight loss courses, including training, an individual diet and, if necessary, plastic surgery.

Vice-champion of the first season - Alexey Uskov

Alexey did not reach the final of the show, however, according to the rules, he had the opportunity to come to the final weigh-ins. His result - minus 63.5 kg - allowed him to take second place in the first season of “Weighted People” and receive a prize of 500,000 rubles.

However, the participant failed to save the result. In his own words, in just a year he gained 50 kilograms by giving up training. On social networks, Alexey admitted that he wants to take charge of himself and lose those extra pounds again. He did not rule out turning to plastic surgeons.

Vice-champion of the second season - Yakov Povarenkin

32-year-old Izhevsk resident Yakov Povarenkin managed to lose even more weight after finishing the project. Returning home, he continued his training and worked out in the gym for 8-10 hours.

As a result, after losing 56.9 kg on the show, he lost another 20 kg. This allowed the man to radically change his life. Today he trains in functional training and CrossFit and “leads” more than 30 people.

The winner of the second season of the television show “Weighted People,” Timur Bikbulatov, is ready to take on a new challenge and agree to participate in another project. True, for now the 31-year-old resident of Kazan finds it difficult to answer the question of what exactly might interest him.

Don't want to live on an island?

- Good idea, after 16 weeks of intense competition, nothing seems to be scary. Although you need to take a breath and do some things that were canceled during the filming period. The project has strengthened my entire body, so now I can control not only my weight, but also my emotions. I really liked all this television “movement”; the cameras on the project did not distract me.

Let us remind you that in 4 months the participant from Kazan lost 53.7 kg: from 148 to 94.3 kg (36.28% of his starting weight). By the way, this morning we found the man at the gym; now he visits it 9-10 times a week. Now a balanced person not only trains himself, but also helps others do it.

- Previously, I existed, tried to survive in a large and overweight body, now I live. I even started breathing in a new way, can you imagine! I am often asked for advice and I feel obligated to help those who have become victims extra pounds. Perhaps, psychologically, I understand them even more than experienced coaches, I know who “gets it” and when, and who is really ready to go to the end and give it their all.

According to Timur, there is no universal way to lose weight quickly. But there is a golden formula that he tried to adhere to even before the project, but did not yet fully believe in its effectiveness.

- Each person is unique, so what will have a positive effect on one may have a bad effect on another. But there is one trick that must be taken into account during any body transformation - you must always spend more calories than you receive, while getting rid of them systematically. The harder you throw the ball on the ground, the higher it bounces; a categorical “no” to food is not a panacea. And here's another thing - you need to train in tandem with someone who is stronger than you.

Today Timur can be congratulated on yet another victory; the Bikbulatovs are preparing to become parents for the third time. Timur walked towards this goal not for 4 months, but for three years.

- A person must do everything to make his dreams come true. Sometimes it is enough to believe, first of all, in yourself. Thanks to my wife Olesya for her patience and support.

Bikbulatov intends to spend the money earned through sweat and diets on his family. He decided to buy several exercise machines for his house.

- In general, I have a lot of obsessive plans related to sports in my head. But I can’t talk about anything specific yet.

We didn’t ask Timur whether the journalists were pestering the new metropolitan star too much. However, after talking with us, the man still hastened to hide his phone number from his page on VKontakte, apparently realizing that now he would be watched even more closely.
