Ural dumplings what is happening in the team. Love secrets of “Ural dumplings. Alive for the profit

For the third year in a row, fans comedy show“Ural Dumplings” cannot get a clear answer to their question: where did Sergei Netievsky disappear from “Ural Dumplings”? And indeed, it became so common to see the whole team assembled that the thought never even crept in that the composition might change. But it still happened. Why? After all, it was thanks to Netievsky, who invested a lot of effort into the development of this show, that the team reached federal level; It was he, being the director and producer, who entered into a long-term contract with one of the TV channels.

“His departure is a science to others...”

So, Sergei Netievsky left Ural Dumplings. The reasons for his action are still hidden in secrecy. He was dismissed from his position in the fall of 2015. At that time, the changes in management that occurred were explained by Sergei’s constant employment in personal Moscow projects. And because of this, there was a lack of time to work with old friends from Yekaterinburg - the “dumplings”. Sat in the leader's chair

The ex-director of Ural Dumplings Sergei Netievsky firmly decided to challenge his dismissal by appealing to the arbitration court. He is still sure that everything was not formalized as required by law. The first meeting took place in early June 2016. Netievsky won the case. But...

What we didn't know about "Pelmeni"

A little earlier than everything that was happening, “Ural Dumplings” filed a lawsuit against the company of their colleague Netievsky called First Hand Media. According to this lawsuit, they wanted to invalidate the agreement under which the exclusive rights to the verbal trademark - 333064 - were alienated. It was under this simple number that their team’s mark was once registered. Now there is an assumption in the air that Sergey nevertheless transferred all rights to use this mark to his company.

Where Sergei Netievsky disappeared from Ural Dumplings remains a mystery for now. Let us remember that the LLC, bearing the name of our favorite team, was created in the not so distant 2011. Its co-owners were Vyacheslav Myasnikov, Sergey Netievsky, Andrey Ershov, Sergey Isaev, Sergey Kalugin, Dmitry Brekotkin, Dmitry Sokolov and According to official sources, in the year of the conflict of interests - in 2014 - the company's turnover reached 64 million rubles.

And it's all about him...

Sergei Netievsky has always been very talented person. Of course, he is a TV presenter, a screenwriter, an actor, and even the general producer of Idea Fix Media. And in every area of his activity he showed himself very well.

In his youth, he never thought that he would ever reach such heights. After receiving a school certificate, the boy studied at the Ural Polytechnic Institute in Yekaterinburg. He never had any debts because Sergei was very disciplined and purposeful. After graduating from the institute in 1993, he became a specialist in mechanical engineering development.

He never worked in his specialty for a day. Sergei got a job in a hardware store, not as an ordinary worker, but as a director. And the next year he met “ Ural dumplings" And that's how it all began.

Hello, KVN!

Now it is impossible to say with certainty why Sergei Netievsky left Ural Dumplings. The story of his appearance in the team is simple and uncomplicated. And then, twenty years ago, nothing foreshadowed the current situation.

Then the popularity of this fun team grew day by day. There were a lot of tours and concerts. Therefore, Sergei one day had to make an important choice for himself: either stay working in the store, or go on stage at the Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful. He understood that sitting in the director's chair, it would not be easy for him to cope with his artistic nature. And he liked all these performances and applause from grateful spectators. With some sixth sense, Netievsky realized that with the team he would win both fame and success. So he left the store.

Life in KVN

To gain the popularity that fell upon him, Netievsky had to overcome many obstacles with his team. At the very beginning of their career, “Ural Dumplings” performed at It was 1995. Then the team got into the Major League.

This is where the boys’ ascent to the Olympus of glory began. They played without ceasing to appear on the Club stage. We were in the 1/8, 1/4 finals. We managed to reach the semi-finals once, but the guys from the opposing team were a little luckier.

Now it is not possible to understand exactly where Sergei Netievsky disappeared from Ural Dumplings. But then, in 1998, he finally said goodbye to the director’s position and became the official team leader.

Their friendly victories

The team continued to play in KVN. The guys were determined to defeat everyone who stood in their way. They courageously overcame all difficulties and difficulties. Finally their dream came true. It was thanks to Netievsky that “dumplings” became the first. For the next three years, they fought together for the KVN Summer Cup, taking it with a confident hand in 2002. Netievsky himself began acting in films in parallel with acting.

Is the position of director available?

So, “Pelmeni” changed its director, but this did not immediately become known to a large audience. It is possible that only the show participants were aware. There were rumors that they expressed no confidence in Netievsky. Enough long time It was not clear whether Sergei would remain on the team or not, and if he did, then in what capacity? The decision could not be made for a very long time. And the main reason for the discord, according to rumors, was a conflict of financial interests.

It just so happened that Sergei Netievsky left his post. Journalists at that moment were unable to get through to Netievsky to interview him and get answers to all their questions. Neither the founder of “Ural dumplings” Dmitry Sokolov, nor new director- Sergei Isaev - they didn’t say a word. In addition, as we discovered quite by accident, the new boss did not allow his colleagues to comment on what was happening. True, he promised to issue a press release.

Now what?

So, Sergei Netievsky left Ural Dumplings. We will discuss the reasons (exact or suspected) a little later. In the meantime, one cannot help but remember that it was he who entered into an agreement with STS that the “dumplings” show would be broadcast on this channel. Thanks to this step, the team gained a foothold at the federal level. And the schedule according to which it works is directly related to this agreement. Of course, this is due to the merit of other participants in the show, for example, Andrei Rozhkov and Sergei Ershov.

When the situation with the dismissal was just beginning, one of the motivations was this: Netievsky constantly lives in Moscow, and from here it is difficult to travel to Yekaterinburg to work in a team.

Where did the presenter of “Ural Dumplings” Sergei Netievsky go? In those days when questions began to swirl about the change of management, there was a rumor that such a serious decision as changing the director did not carry with it some kind of personal hostility, this was an ordinary management move , aimed at increasing the efficiency of the team. It was also said that Sergei would collaborate with the team, but in a slightly different capacity - as a participant and author of the show.

But still official reason care has not yet been called. Although some people say that this was Netievsky’s personal desire.

Perhaps it is now easy to answer the question of where Sergei Netievsky disappeared from Ural Dumplings, if we rely on information that says that Sergei spends free time to implement projects that he had been considering several years ago. He resumes his work on another, no less interesting project, in which he will be the host and producer. Alexander Pushnoy will be in tandem with him.

The participants of the show want to return to the times when Sergei Netievsky was at the helm, who led the KVN team to STS, where “Ural dumplings” became business card TV channel

For more than two years, the show “Ural Dumplings” has been plagued by scandals. In October 2015, we told that the team director and its member were the new leader.

For the last two years, the team and Sergei Netievsky have been showing and owning the trademark. And in last days the struggle between the former and current leaders spilled into the public domain. So, Isaev said that, and Netievsky recalled that everyone lives and acts according to their conscience. Let's try to understand what is happening inside the team and find out that the media splash may be the last for the Ural Dumplings.

According to a number of sources, today in the team, where all decisions are made by majority, there is a split over the vision of the future. Part of “Pelmeni” is ready to meet halfway and make peace with ex-director Sergei Netievsky. IN next year The KVN team “Ural dumplings” turns 25 years old (for the first time the team of the local polytechnic university, UPI, announced itself to the general public in 1998).

“Next year is ideal for us to finally make peace with Netievsky and invite him back to work on the team.

The most famous stars of the show, the oldest players, are in favor of this,” says an interlocutor close to the team.

Now the management in “UP” is now structured like this: a participant in the show is the director of the group, and Netievsky’s former deputy Evgeny Orlov- Director of Ural Pelmeni Production LLC - it deals with financial relations with STS.

“Evgeny Orlov earns millions from our quarrel. He betrayed Netievsky by telling the team how the money was being spent, gained trust and continues to do the same,” says the source, noting growing dissatisfaction with how opaque Orlov conducts business.

The amounts are said to be decent.

According to envious people, STS pays the team 12 million rubles for the first showing of each new show and another 200 million, buying the rights to an unlimited number of repetitions.

Within the amounts are distributed unevenly. “Orlov earns a million rubles a month for practically nothing. But who can blame him? If you ask the guys how much the team gets, then all the answers will be different - no one understands how much they are paid,” sources close to the team assure.

He says that the order of the amounts may be completely different. “I don’t know anything specific, now there is new management at the helm of the team. But I’m happy for the guys if such numbers really appear in the contracts.”

Netievsky knows about the mood in the team. “Radical things are being said about changing the director, of course, I’ve heard about them.” Answering a question from journalists whether he would be ready to return to the position of director if he was called, the producer replied: “In any case, I don’t hold any grudges against the guys. People make mistakes, and that's normal. I treat the guys well, we lived together most our life. In any case, I would like the show to develop, so that we please the audience, so that they enjoy our programs, and not read in the media what they are now writing about us.”

Evgeny Orlov stated that “nothing is happening around the team” and advised them to contact the team’s press service for an official comment.

Sergei Isaev said that there is neither time nor desire to comment on “something related to Netievsky.” We sent an official request to the team’s press service, but at the time of publication there was no response: the position is expressed in agreement with all participants in the show, and “Pelmeni” is currently on tour in Volgograd.

Conflicts within the team have continued since 2015. After disagreements in the team, the permanent director Sergei Netievsky (he once brought the team to STS) was replaced by the show's actor Sergei Isaev. Netievsky has been the director of Ural Dumplings since 1998, when the team was still playing in KVN. By the fall of 2015, he practically single-handedly organized the team’s tours - he was general producer Idea Fix Media and founder First Hand Media. These legal entities, registered in Moscow, accompanied the Ural Dumplings projects and are involved in the group’s touring activities.

The change of director looked simple technical solution- that’s how it was presented in public. In fact, the team accused Netievsky of the fact that the financial flows controlled by his companies “ opaque", and removed him from the post of director. In the summer of 2016, it became clear that the director of “Pelmeni” and his former colleagues, classmates, and friends would part ways peacefully it won't work, the conflict went public. The press began regularly covering numerous tedious arbitration processes.

So, Netievsky tried to return to the post of director, was reinstated in court, then it turned out that he had rights to the team’s trademark, he transferred it to the team, and some shows cannot be shown on STS without his consent. In May 2017, he filed for creative team and its new director Evgeny Orlov to court, accusing the latter of siphoning off assets. The fight in the arbitration court will continue in the coming days.

The conflict between the Ural Dumplings team and their former producer Sergei Netievsky has been going on for months. The parties were unable to resolve the problem on their own and therefore went to court.

On June 19, a regular meeting on controversial issue about copyright for 73 episodes of the show “Ural Dumplings”. As a result, the conflict was never resolved.

“The dispute has not yet been settled; the Court of Cassation did not satisfy E.A. Orlov’s complaint, but sent the case for further consideration to the Moscow Arbitration Court. The original archived episodes of the “Ural Dumplings Show” still belong to the company that produced them in 2009-2015. Idea Fix Media LLC. The dispute is about the dubiously produced 80 editions of “Ural Dumplings - Favorite,” said the official representative of Sergei Netievsky.

The group's former producer claims that Evgeny Orlov, while working as deputy general director of Idea Fix Media LLC, transferred the rights to 73 archival releases to the Ural Pelmeni Production LLC company for an underestimated remuneration of 861,400 rubles for all programs.

Ten days later, he signed a contract with the STS television company to broadcast episodes in the amount of 231 million 280 thousand rubles.

Sergei Netievsky believes that Orlov deliberately deceived him by selling the rights to broadcast the episodes through a third-party company. The man emphasizes that this situation was just one of many in a series of conflicts between him and the team.

“This controversial deal to transfer rights to archival releases in secret from the director and shareholders of the company is just one episode in a series of dubious actions to withdraw assets from Idea Fix Media LLC by Deputy General Director Evgeny Orlov in 2016 in favor of Ural Pelmeni Production LLC ", where he later became director. We are confident in our position and believe that E.A. Orlov caused damage to the production company Idea Fix Media LLC. We are waiting for a reasoned decision by the Court of Cassation and will defend our legal rights,” Netievsky explained.

Apparently, the ex-producer of the KVN team intends to continue to fight for his rights. However, Evgeny Orlov refuses to admit guilt. He is confident that he acted within the law and in the interests of Ural Dumplings.

The controversial case has not yet been settled. Fans sincerely hope that the current situation will not affect creative activity team. They assume that the scandal around “Ural Dumplings” will end sooner or later, and the team will be able to fully work on new episodes of the show.

The stars of the show “Ural Dumplings” Dmitry Brekotkin and Dmitry Sokolov, as well as their new general director Evgeny Orlov, decided to reveal the truth about the machinations of Sergei Netievsky. The ex-team leader filed a lawsuit according to which former colleagues could not use the Ural Dumplings trademark, but so far this issue has not been resolved. Netievsky left his post as team director in 2015. According to Evgeny Orlov, the former manager presents information differently when telling journalists about parting with the team.

“Sergei Netievsky, who embezzled money from television activities (selling programs on STS), considered the money already embezzled insufficient. He is suing the team, trying to prohibit the disposal of old programs, the rights to which he himself stole from the team. He wants to be the sole owner of the rights, he wants more and more. He lies in an interview that he left on his own, although he was expelled from the team two years ago in disgrace,” Orlov noted.

Brekotkin and Sokolov, who have known Netievsky for many years, confirm that he deceived them. When the show “Ural Dumplings” launched on STS, the ex-director constantly talked about low payments from the channel. The team members decided to clarify the situation.

"Once upon a time on film set We had a conversation with a representative of STS, during which we realized that there is money in this business. After that, we held a meeting at our creative base and asked Netievsky to come with all the contracts and reporting documents. At the meeting, it became clear that our friend was embezzling our income from television activities. Netievsky had to admit everything,” Sokolov explained.

The comedian claims that they encountered Netievsky’s dishonesty during the tour. According to Dmitry, Sergey received much more money from the organizers than he paid the team. Brekotkin does not know if there is any explanation for such an act of a man whom they knew from their student days.

“To say it’s a shock is an understatement. Can be compared to the end of the world! Approximately the same reaction as if a person found out that he had cancer... Apparently, he did not consider us either friends or associates. Or stopped considering them as such at some point,” Dmitry shared.

Some team members hoped that Sergei would apologize and change his behavior. They were ready to forgive him and go to peace. However, Sergei stood his ground, believing that he was completely right.

“We told him: “Well, this happened. Let’s call it “the devil has confused me” or “dizziness from success.” You're wrong. You have a way out, you say: “Okay, guys, I admit that I’m wrong. I’ll try to give something back.” Do you know what he replied: “What are you talking about? It’s all of you who are wrong, not me!” Then we kicked him out of the directors, created a new enterprise, we have creative work, new projects,” said Brekotkin

As the artists admitted in an interview with Sobesednik, they lost a friend and comrade, Netievsky became a stranger to them.

Let us remember that Sergei Netievsky left the team in 2015 with a scandal. After this, numerous court hearings began. Former director and comedians fought for the right to use the Ural dumplings trademark. In February 2017, the court rejected the claim of Netievsky’s opponents.

“There were six hearings on this case. However, the verdict was constantly postponed. I don’t understand why they wanted to solve everything through lawyers, because no one was hurt. When I was reinstated as director last fall, I transferred to the team the rights to use the trademark, both text and combined, for a symbolic payment - one ruble. I’m not sure, but it seems they wanted to collect some kind of monetary compensation from me,” said the ex-director.

In addition, Netievsky obliged former colleagues pay the amount he spent on legal services. The court demanded that the Ural Dumplings team return former producer 300 thousand rubles.

Four years ago, the artists told how, thanks to Sergei Netievsky, a show appeared that was able to win the hearts of an audience of millions.

"WE'RE STARTING KVN"

« After all, friendship is strong! And friendship, supported by documents, is not unbreakable at all!!!”, - the prophetic joke of “Dumplings”. So do famous band everything worked out. At first there was friendship. And then there’s business.

KVN members flatly refuse to comment on the current war. And in general in Lately words have to be pulled out of them practically with pincers (unless, of course, it concerns a scene where they continue to laugh in the usual manner of 10 jokes per minute).

I myself invited Sergei Netievsky to the team. This was in 94,” recalls the founder of Ural Dumplings Dmitry Sokolov. - The team itself was born a year earlier, when we were still students. I invited only the best to join my team. Those who won competitions for propaganda teams. And - off we go. Rozhkov, Isaev, Ershov and Brekotkin were the first to join me...

Pelmeni's signature armor-piercing humor quickly paved the way for them to success. The Urals became champions of Yekaterinburg in the local KVN league. And then it was just a stone's throw away from the major leagues and the recognition of the great Maslyakov.

“AGAIN THERE IS NO EMPTY SEAT IN OUR HALL”

« It's better to have a bird in your hands than a buttock in someone else's hands" This is what Pelmeni joked about those who are trying to make a quick career. But the comedians themselves did not stop at the success achieved in KVN. After saying goodbye to major league the Urals began to touring activities. Tickets for the Ural concerts were selling like hot cakes (or dumplings, if you like). The only one prodigal son turned out to be Sergei Svetlakov, who in 2002 “deserted” from his native team to Moscow. However, the “dumplings” easily survived without him. Sergei Netievsky then said:

Ural dumplings have no competitors. We are a unique team of actors and authors. God grant that everyone has such a job.

By the way, it was Netievsky who brought the team to the federal level, concluding a contract with STS TV channel. It was then that he took on the role of director. And not just some idiot boss on stage, but a very viable leader and businessman.

I brought tapes of our performances, and the STS management responded: “Why you? Why should Ural Dumplings be on our air? Where is Nanny? Where " Good jokes"? – Netievsky recalled. - And after this conversation we held a concert in Moscow. A lot of people came. Representatives of STS sat there like this: “Well, yes, people are laughing. Come to us." And now they consider us a top project.

“THE FIGHTED BECAUSE GLADIOLUS”

“Because gladiolus!”, - this comic universal answer from “Ural dumplings” to the question “why?” has long become an aphorism throughout Russia. It fits perfectly into the current scandal. Just a couple of years ago, the rest of the team members were ready to almost carry Netievsky in their arms.

We don’t pay more for filming, but quite the opposite,” Dmitry Sokolov happily spoke about concluding a contract with STS, calling Netievsky in a friendly manner “Basya” (after the name of the area where Sergei was born - the village of Basyanovka).

If any complaints arose against the director, it was only in a humorous form.

Our director keeps us close to him with charm, charisma, threats and does not give up our passports,” Dmitry Brekotkin sneered in an interview with KP.

“Basya” Netievsky in response revealed the blissful secrets of friendship in the team:

No need to swear. It's like a family. We allow each other to say some caustic things. Like your number...

And in October 2015, the rest of the team (9 people) gathered at the table in the evening and unanimously decided that “g...” is no longer a specific number for Netievsky, but he himself, as a director, is the fourth letter of the alphabet. In fact, there was no time for jokes at that impromptu meeting. “Pelmeni” unanimously decided that Sergei Netievsky is no longer their director. And they kicked me out of my “plate”.

Of course, the demoted boss did not agree with this decision and filed a lawsuit against his former comrades. And so began the new show “Ural Dumplings”. But not on TV, but in the courtroom.

Sergey Netievsky for a long time did not fulfill the duties assigned to him: he missed all the deadlines for filing tax returns, did not sign balance sheets, did not conduct transactions,” Olga Yuryeva, a lawyer for the KVN workers, said in court. - All this indicates that the activities of “Ural Dumplings” were not interesting to Mr. Netievsky. Therefore, on October 14 last year, nine participants in the show, and part-time founders creative association“Ural dumplings” (each has a 10% share), on general meeting unanimously voted “against” the current leader.

At the meeting, Netievsky’s lawyer tried to convince the judge that this vote was illegal, because her client did not participate in it.

The decision on early termination of the powers of a director is made unanimously by all members of the company. But my client was not at the meeting,” Netievsky’s lawyer Vera Katina tried to explain to Themis representatives. - Therefore, the decision to dismiss Sergei Alexandrovich is illegal. My client only learned on April 26, 2016 that he was not the director of Ural Dumplings.

True, these words immediately turned against Netievsky.

The date “April 26, 2016” just indicates that Mr. Netievsky is not engaged in “Ural dumplings”! - Yuryeva retorted. – On the official website of “Ural Dumplings” back in November, an interview with Sergei Isaev about the dismissal of Mr. Netievsky was posted. It turns out that Mr. Netievsky did not even know what information was posted on his portal!

“SO THAT NO ONE IS LEFT OUT”

“In biathlon, like in sex: if you don’t hit, then speed won’t help...” This is one of the few jokes of “Ural Dumplings” below the belt. Sverdlovsk residents have always been proud that there are no obscene gags in their repertoire. This is how the KVN members distinguished themselves from the Comedy Club. However, with the departure of Sergei Netievsky, “dumplings” still took on a participant from Garik Martirosyan’s project, Alexey Lyutikov. Previously he was the head of the department regional development"Comedy Club". And now he has become the general director of Ural Dumplings Production LLC. By the way, close friends of Sergei Netievsky claim that Lyutikov was largely the reason for the change of power in Ural Dumplings.

Lyutikov greatly stirred the waters,” a friend of Sergei Netievsky, who wished to remain anonymous, explained to KP. – Alexey was the catalyst for what happened. “Pelmeni” has been together for a million years. And over the years, the team always accumulates a lot of old grievances. Personally, it was not surprising to me that the director of the group, Netievsky, earned slightly more than other participants. Lyutikov competently sharpened the already sharp corners. He pointed out the difference in fees. I found some documents.

True, the team itself denies all accusations against Lyutikov.

Does the change of director mean that we have an unfriendly team? The time has come, they changed the leader, says Sergei Ershov, a member of the Ural Dumplings, also known from the television series Real Boys. - Nothing wrong with that. Changes occur in any team. This suggests that the team is alive and breathing.

They say the reason for the change of director was the new CEO LLC "Ural dumplings production" Alexey Lyutikov...

Lyutikov is a professional in his field. Since Netievsky is not there, we need someone who knows all Moscow cuisine. So they hired Lyutikov.

Let us note that Alexey Lyutikov himself refuses to comment.

AGAIN SOMEONE WILL SAY: “IS IT POSSIBLE TO HASH?”

“In Sverdlovsk there are native Sverdlovsk residents, there are dairy workers, and when the wise ones appear, they are immediately sent to Moscow,” - another classic "Dumplings" joke. Now you can easily joke about Sergei Netievsky.

Sergey is now a big Moscow producer,” Ershov says about his ex-colleague. - Netievsky simply felt cramped in our team. He's doing big amount projects in Moscow. And for God's sake. Svetlakov also left for Moscow at one time.

But, apparently, the newly minted Muscovite Netievsky will soon have to return to Yekaterinburg. After all, the funniest and most resourceful court in the world (the Ural court) returned to Sergei the powers of the director of the Ural Dumplings!

Netievsky's representatives, leaving the court, did not hide their joy and loudly exclaimed right in the corridor: “Victory!” But when asked how Netievsky will now work with former comrades, his lawyers just shrugged their shoulders...

Meanwhile, the remaining nine KVN members are already preparing an appeal. The “dumpling battle” continues.
