Anyone who has been reading my blog for a long time has noticed that I am ready to return to interesting places many times. So, if we talk about traveling to distant lands, my wife and I have already vacationed in Thailand three times and in China twice. If we discuss weekend hikes in the Urals, then countless times we organized tours to Talkov Stone Lake in the Bazhov Places natural park, to the Old Lens quarry in Shabry and to the Oleniy Ruchi reserve. IN Chelyabinsk region we went on long weekend hikes several times, spending the night in tents on site national parks"Taganay" and "Zyuratkul". And two years ago I had the opportunity to go on a business trip by car to the city of Beloretsk, the capital of mountainous Bashkortostan. And since then, the question “where to relax in the summer for the long June holidays” has not arisen - only in the mountains of Bashkiria!..

A year ago, I published a report about how we settled in tents on the territory of the Malinovka recreation center on the Otnurok farm. On the first day we walked to the stone river where the magnificent Soviet film“Eternal Call”, the next morning we went rafting along the Belaya River, and on the third day we rode horses to the top of Mount Yalangas. We didn’t have time to climb another thousand-meter peak - Mount Raspberry, towering above Beloretsk, and at the foot of which there is a camp site. We promised ourselves that we would definitely return to Bashkiria to complete our plans.

Where to relax in Bashkiria in the summer

A year passed, summer came, we began to think about where to go by car for the weekend. Many tourists like to relax somewhere at a recreation center near a reservoir or forest lake, improve your health in a sanatorium. By the way, I only know of one sanatorium: “Yangantau”. But such a vacation is too calm for Katya and me, who have traveled 3,200 kilometers in Mexico by car, 1,200 kilometers in Sri Lanka, 3,500 kilometers in Thailand and half of China by train. I want to escape from the bustle of the city, from crowds of people, and immerse myself in nature. And for these purposes, mountains, hikes through forests and meadows are ideal. Here is the list interesting places in Bashkiria, where you can go for a weekend getaway:

  • Mount Iremel is the second highest peak Southern Urals(1589 meters above sea level). The ascent is possible from several settlements. The most popular starting point of the route is the village of Tyulyuk, where several camp sites are located. You can get to the top and go down in one day if you go light, but it will be difficult. It is better to plan one overnight stay in the mountains.
  • Inzerskie cogs are an impressive rock complex, lost in the Bashkir taiga. It is very difficult to get there (usually from the village of Tirlyan). And it’s better to go in the fall, when the forests in the mountains of Bashkiria water the surrounding area with gold.
  • Muradymovskoye Gorge is a picturesque natural park. It is located very far from Yekaterinburg. I think it’s better to go here if you have the opportunity to relax in Bashkiria for a couple of weeks. Then you can arrange a car tour of several natural attractions of the republic.
  • The Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve with the karst cave of the same name, the length of which is more than 3 kilometers.

When discussing options for a weekend getaway, I also had a great chance national park“Taganay” in the Chelyabinsk region (the beginning of the routes is in the city of Zlatoust). I have not yet published a report on weekend hikes along the Taganay mountain range. Perhaps because the photographs were taken on a point-and-shoot camera. Now, there was an opportunity to reshoot the sights on full frame SLR camera Nikon D610 with high-quality lenses.

In the end, the “vacation in Bashkiria” at the Malinovka camp site won the “tender”, since there are practically no tourists here in the mountains, in the forest there is the wildest wilderness and at the base there is the opportunity to go hiking on horses, from which we Katya is delighted.

How to get to the Malinovka tourist center in Bashkiria

Last year we left for Bashkiria immediately after work, from my office. The distance from Yekaterinburg to Beloretsk is almost 500 kilometers, and our weekend tour by car followed the route: Chelyabinsk tract - Kasli - Kyshtym - Karabash - Miass - Uchaly - Malinovka recreation center.

To make the journey a rest, and not a torment with moving at night, it was decided to spend the night along the way in a roadside hotel or in a tent beyond Miass, if we did not find options for a civilized overnight stay. It rained all evening, we couldn’t find any inexpensive hotels, so we turned onto a country road and got stuck “up to our bellies” in the mud. Half the night we got out onto a hard surface, set up a tent by the side of the road...

Therefore, when planning a summer vacation in Bashkiria in June 2015, we decided to act “like real hikers”: find a daily apartment in Miass and spend the night in this city. We chose housing in advance on Avito, called the agent, and agreed on how and when we would move in.

For 800 rubles we spent the night in a simple but clean two-room Khrushchev house with two double beds. I recommend! Agents want to take your passport or 2,000 rubles as collateral. We never give documents to strangers; we chose collateral. We agreed with the maid that she would come to us to accept the keys at 8:45. They took a receipt from her.

In general, it seems to me that the option of spending the night in Miass is excellent for many options for a weekend tour by car to the Chelyabinsk region or Bashkiria.

We can stop here if we are going to:

  • The city of Zlatoust, where the official entrance to the Taganay National Park is located.
  • We are planning to conquer Mount Iremel or climb the Inzer Cogwheels.
  • We want to go hiking to the Zyuratkul and Nurgush ridges.
  • We're going to see the Shulgan-Tash cave or the Muradymov Gorge.
  • We are going to ride horses at the Malinovka camp site and conquer the Malinovaya and Yalangas mountains.
  • We are going on vacation to a sanatorium in the South in our car.

Katya and I wanted to arrive at the base a little later than noon, so that in the afternoon we would have time to climb to the top of Mount Malinovaya. But the day turned out to be sunny, the sky was blue, the birds were chirping, the meadows were full of flowers. Near the village of Komsomolsk, Uchalinsky district, I saw a sign for the village of Voznesenka, and I remembered that I had seen in one of the reports about my vacation in Bashkiria photographs of an ancient dilapidated church against the backdrop of the surrounding mountain ranges. The views there are simply beautiful! They resemble postcards from Armenia or Georgia.

We turned it off. The asphalt ended and went into the grader. We took a wrong turn and went to the Bashkir village of Starobairamgulovo, nestled on the northern shore of Lake Aushkul. It’s as if some invisible hand is leading me to this village. Two years ago, during our first business trip to Beloretsk, my partner and I also took a wrong turn and arrived at the shore of this beautiful lake (see the link to the photo report at the end of the article). Mount Aushtau rises above it.

The landscapes here are very, very impressive! High hills, which for some reason are not overgrown with trees, mountain ranges in the distance. Herds of horses and sheep on the slopes chew juicy grass. Village idyll.

Finally, we found the village of Voznesenka. If in Bashkir settlements you usually feel the master’s hand, order and relative prosperity, then in the Russian village - like everywhere else...

On the outskirts of the village there is a high hill covered with crooked larches. From the top there is a stunning view of old houses, a church that has already begun to be restored, and the surrounding mountains.

Oh, what a pity! I cannot convey with my photography the smell of pine needles, flowers on the slopes, the joy that the white inflorescences of strawberry meadows give, or the trills of cheerful birds.

We incredibly enjoyed the trip to the village of Voznesenka (Kinyay). A small adventure on the way to Beloretsk. It’s just a pity that I was embarrassed to stop and ask permission to take a portrait of my grandmother and the yellow fluffy ducklings that she was tending, sitting on a bench near the front garden...

5. We are going on vacation to Bashkortostan. Eh, cows... Dust and fog... (640, 24, 9.0, 1/640, Hoya HD Circular-PL polarizer, Nikon D610 DSLR)

The planned schedule of traveling by car on vacation in Bashkiria began to be disrupted, because I wanted to stop the car at every turn, at every village, in order to capture such beauty.

See the hill in the background? No matter how it is! To show scale mountain systems, you need to use a telephoto lens, not a wide lens.

Below, by the river, there is a herd of grazing horses. Now you can imagine how tall this huge thing is. I think you need to rise no less than 700-800 meters above sea level. It would be nice to go and relax in Bashkiria sometime in the fall, when the whole area will burn with gold!

We stopped in one of the villages for lunch. We ate delicious shurpa, samsa and other Bashkir dishes for a ridiculous 340 rubles for two. We reached Beloretsk at 15:00.

9. Mount Raspberry rises above the city of Beloretsk in Bashkiria, like the Koryaksky volcano above Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky... (Nikkor 70-300 telephoto lens, Nikon D610, 320, 140, 9.0, 1/640 camera)

During a vacation trip to Bashkiria last summer, we entered into the navigator the GPS coordinates of the Malinovka tourist center, indicated on their official website (54 03″05.7″N; 58 19″28.0″E, go-ural.com). But the aunt from the hellish car took us somewhere up the mountain along a dirt road, we circled around a small city, in general, for about an hour. Therefore, now we did it differently: we entered “Malinovaya Street, Beloretsk, Bashkiria” into the navigator. If you drive along it almost to the end, you will see a sign for “Robin” and “Otnurok” to the left. We go down to the river along a terrible quality dirt road and there is another 11 kilometers of grader in the direction of the sign “Otnurok - to the right.” Having covered these kilometers along a dusty road along the Nura River, we find ourselves at the Malinovka recreation center.

Reviews about holidays at the Malinovka camp site

Probably, it was not worth stopping at this point. Since we decided to relax in Bashkiria and came to the Malinovka recreation center again, it’s clear that we really liked everything. But I wanted to especially note that Katya and I were kindly amazed by the good nature with which the camp site staff greeted us. We had to travel a lot around the world: if you open the “Independent Travel” section, you will see that we drove Mexico, Sri Lanka and Thailand, public transport– China twice and wandered around the islands of the Philippines. I travel a lot on business trips around Russia and spend the night in upscale hotels, but nowhere in our country have I encountered such sincerity. When you communicate with the administrator, with the maid, with the groom or with teenagers helping the elders manage the household, you get an indescribable feeling that you are welcome here from the heart! And not as a tourist who came to spend his savings, but as a brother who returned home after a long absence.

Even in a report on a vacation in Bashkiria last year, I wrote that we stayed in a tent, but ordered dinner and breakfasts, had lunch on a hike to Mount Yalangas on horseback and while rafting on catamarans on the Belaya River: the cost of the world’s most delicious potatoes and chicken baked in foil, plus vegetable salad and forest herbal tea were included in the price of the tour.

At the base you can rent a bicycle and go to the stone river (kurum), where the favorite Soviet film “Eternal Call” was filmed. The road to it lies between the rocks hanging over the Nura River. There's no one around. It's creepy. It is necessary to overcome three destroyed wooden bridge on the way to the kurumnik. One of the tourists said that during a bicycle trip to the stone river she met a fox on the road (last year, while vacationing in Bashkiria, we also saw Patrikeevna twice).

There are several bathhouses on the territory of the Malinovka camp site. We did not pay for the visit, since we are allowed to wash ourselves after the bathhouse is free after vacationers.

In the mornings and evenings, all tourists gather in a common dining room, where they share their impressions of the past day and give advice. The food is very tasty! Apparently, the dishes are cooked in a Russian oven. And when you're in last time Have you tried real milk, not powdered extract? Mmmm, just because of this, and the hot pies with potatoes and onions, you can go back to Malinovka on vacation again!

My wife and I are completely satisfied with the weekend spent at the camp site. But other vacationers made the following complaints:

  • I didn’t like that the rooms in the houses were too simple, rustic, one towel for two (for me, living in a rural hut is an incomparable plus).
  • I don’t remember the name of the house where the kitchen and dining room are located, but the visitors who lived upstairs complained that the smell of food was too strong and the cooks began to rattle their plates early in the morning. Be careful when making a reservation for accommodation at the Malinovka camp site! Find out where you are going to be accommodated before you arrive.
  • Although the rules of the recreation center say that you cannot make noise after 11:00 pm, on weekends there were companies that buzzed until late at night. Our tent stood in the far corner and we, after the hardest climbs in the mountains of Bashkortostan, fell asleep “legless” and did not hear anything, but other tourists complained.
  • An inexperienced instructor arrived for rafting on the Belaya River; there were too many tourists; the group leader was rude, refused to cook dinner - threw the potatoes with the words: “You need it, you cook it”!

In general, out of the three tourist groups with whom we had a chance to communicate, everyone was not completely delighted. Last year, Radmir from Nizhnekamsk went rafting and horseback riding on the June weekend and really enjoyed it. And in the summer of 2015 he was already grumbling a little...

How to climb to the top of Mount Malinovaya from the village of Otnurok

The guys working at the base helped set up the tent. To make it more convenient, a special area has been allocated for the tent camp, on which a wooden platform has been installed. Now the bed is as smooth as a tabletop, and if it rains, you won’t wake up in a puddle in the morning.

We asked the workers how much time should be planned for climbing Mount Raspberry - about 4-6 hours, depending on your physical fitness. It would be better to take an instructor, but we refused: if we didn’t get lost in independent wanderings in China, Mexico, Sri Lanka and Thailand, then in Bashkiria - and even more so!

It must be said that hiking in the mountains of Bashkortostan is not an easy walk in the Sam Roi Yot National Park in Thailand, where we climbed to the Khao Daeng Viepoint observation deck (see the report on the trip in winter 2015 in the “Independent Travel” section). The beginning of the ascent, as I showed in photo No. 11 in the first part of the report last year, is in front of a house with cranes on the roof. We go towards Malinovaya along the logging road. After three hundred meters, you need to ford the Nura River, barefoot, on sharp stones.

10. The photo was taken on the way back, when we were returning from Malinovaya Mountain and again had to ford the Nura River. In the background is the peak where we took photos two hours ago. Reviews from tourists about holidays in Bashkiria. (2500, 60, 5.0, 1/200, Nikkor 24-70 lens, Nikon D610 DSLR)

Then there is a swampy clearing, rising up to the lower edge of the forest. Here the road bifurcates: to the right - it goes around the edge and - to the left, into the forest thicket. We turn left, here we periodically see marks: red and yellow ribbons on the trees.

After some time, the road along which cars drive ends and turns into a well-trodden path. Almost the entire way to the top of Mount Malinovaya you walk with a slight rise, to the left, making a huge arc along the side of the mountain (these are my feelings, maybe if you watch the track, you will get a different shape).

I think it’s difficult to get lost – there are ribbons everywhere, right up to the very top. But the places there are remote - the wildest taiga. Last year I noted: you look at Malinovaya from the entrance to Beloretsk and cannot imagine that just 10 kilometers from the city (and even less in a straight line) there is such a bearish angle. Antique larches. Waist-deep grass. Hundreds of voices of forest birds. Wilderness - during the entire 3 hours of climbing to the top we met only one group of tourists: five adults and a girl of about 10 years old with them.

The fact that there are few people on the path in the forest makes the mountains of Bashkiria compare favorably with, for example, national park"Taganay" in the Chelyabinsk region, where the same beautiful landscapes, but there are always tourists, cordons, and tent camps. And to the Zyuratkul ridge, almost to the top, there is a path paved with boards - you cannot even feel that you have left the city, as if you are walking along Nevsky Prospekt. On the other hand, if something happens, you will wait a long time for help.

Approximately in the middle of the path there is a spring. Here you can relax (for example, bite a piece of smoked sausage and boiled egg, without bread, because they forgot it) and get fresh water. Don’t be complacent – it’s still a long way to the top!

The gray spots that we see on Malinova, looking at it from below, are fields of kurumniks. Huge boulders open up to your view from under the forest canopy.

A little more and you are at the foot of the rocky ridge. Its height is about 30 meters, it seems to me. The trail continues to climb up to the right, clinging to the rocks. If in the previous three hours you didn’t see anything because of the forest, now you can admire the surroundings.

Finally, we reached a crevice from where we can climb to the top. Climbing over giant rocks... Ah!!!

15. If I’m not mistaken, this is Mount Yalangas. Reviews of a weekend trip to Bashkiria by car (reporting zoom Nikkor 24-70/2.8, polarizing filter Hoya HD Circular-PL, it is screwed onto this lens everywhere, full frame Nikon D610, shooting parameters: 160, 48, 8.0, 1/ 80)

It is difficult to convey the delight and sensations in photographs. Here is a video filmed on the top of Mount Malinovaya in Bashkiria.

And a few more pictures from above.

You probably noticed that the amazing dynamic range of the Nikon D610 full-frame sensor is still not enough: the sky turns out faded or completely knocked out. I took a Sirui T-2204X carbon tripod with me to Mount Raspberry, thinking that I would be able to photograph the sunset. But the sun was still high, and they didn’t want to go back in the dark. But the tripod was useful for taking HDR photos. It’s just a pity that I only filmed one HDR film.

So it’s better, don’t you think?

The entire hike to the top of Mount Malinovaya took 5.5 hours: 3 for the ascent, half an hour for oohs and aahs, 2 for the descent back to the Malinovka camp site. In the evening we enthusiastically talked about our tour to other vacationers. And a day later, a couple from Tatarstan conquered the peak and descended back in 4 hours. So, a lot depends on your physical fitness.

At the beginning of the report I listed Beautiful places in Bashkiria, where you can also go on vacation. One of them is the Inzerskie jagged rocks. Look amazing incredible video, which the guys working as guides and organizing the transfer took from a quadcopter. Be sure to watch with sound!

So, our family of three: mom, dad and Masha 7.5 months old, decided to spend a vacation within Bashkiria. The main criteria for choosing a vacation spot were: proximity to Ufa (but then we stopped taking this into account), amenities in the room (preferably 2 rooms), secure parking, silence in the area (for some reason we really wanted this!)...
Popular family vacation spots were sold out until the end of August
As a result, we ended up with 4 vacation spots. And we are very happy about such diversity ;-)
1. Recreation center "SOSENKI"(there is no website, vouchers are given to those who work in the oil industry). There were 6 days.
Initially, I didn’t know that our vacation would be so varied, and I didn’t take pictures of the first room (in Sosenki). Instead, I’ll show you a few pictures from a walk around the recreation center.

General impression: a good place for family holidays. We plan to go again in the fall or winter. (There are no outdoor discos in winter!)
Pros: 1) proximity to Ufa.
2) excellent room (we had a 2-room room, TV, refrigerator, balcony, separate bathroom). The windows overlooked a pine forest.
3) well-trained staff (even the janitors get into fights)
4) excellent cuisine
5) there is a place to walk with a stroller in the shade (relevant in the heat), a playground, a playroom).
Disadvantages: 1) despite the internal rule “do not make noise after 23-00, on the site directly under the windows of the main building there are discos until 24-00. Even the double plastic windows do not help (at the same time you sit in the stuffiness!). The child cannot sleep Moreover, little kids are dancing there, and after the disco the young people are rattling bottles.
2) the absence of a beach, despite the fact that it is located on the shore of Dema (there is a sign “SWIMING PROHIBITED”). The shore is steep. To swim, you can either go to the lake for about 15 minutes by car (the water is clean, the beach is full of garbage), or you can cross the river on a scary hanging bridge, go through the gardens and swim in the muddy water. This is also 15-20 minutes.
3) parking (guarded) is far from the main building, but you can drive a car to it (though we didn’t realize this right away).
2. Ski hotel "Edelweiss"(website www.edelvs.ru) We stayed for 2 days.

On the balcony - I am with Masha.
General impression: I fell in love with mini-hotels - they seem so cozy and cute to me now!
Pros: 1) convenient - hotel, guarded, parking, cafe and shop - everything is nearby.
2) a good cafe with excellent cuisine and service through waitresses. The only place during the entire vacation where we were offered a highchair for feeding Masha. There is also a separate children's menu (we took Masha mashed potatoes on milk).
4) there are several excursions to choose from, and there is bicycle rental. A small river flows nearby and there is a pine forest on the bank.
5) there is a children's playground
Cons: 1) despite the fact that the cafe provides a children's menu and high chairs, the waitress named Lucia twice brought an ashtray to those eager to smoke. I had to fight through the administration.
2) our car was scratched in the parking lot. The door from the next car. Although they do have security cameras - it was not so easy to see what you wanted there. But we didn’t worry about it (I just asked the administrator about the cameras), because we didn’t want to waste time on it.
3) there’s nowhere to go for a walk (it’s better to go to the zoo by car; crawl uphill in the heat towards the Abzakovo complex.
Recommendations: 1) take a room overlooking the courtyard (otherwise you can “enjoy” the sounds of hotels under construction
2) book a set lunch (200 rubles) in advance, along with your room.
3. Sanatorium Yaktykul(website www.yaktikul.ru) We stayed for 1 day.

General impression: an attempt at European pathos with a touch of "scoop"
Pros: 1) Lake Bannoye. Clean, transparent, warm.
2) secure parking (conclude this agreement)
Cons: 1) high price the numbers were not justified. Tech toilet for a room price of 5 thousand rubles. per day (with meals)
2) Food - so-so. Moreover, they take it out on homemade carts with a TERRIBLE ROUNDER (I'm not exaggerating!) There is no possibility of lunch with a stroller - there is no space between the rows (again, the child will stutter from the noise!). Children's chairs and kitchen are not provided. And the food... gave me heartburn(
3) In the afternoon - a walk through the heat. There are no paths in the shade. The benches are welded from metal in such a way that the veins in the legs survive and the legs go numb (have you been sitting on a thin pipe for a long time?).
Notice the wonders of spelling and photography. Reflects the essence of the sanatorium
4. Tourist base Asyl'yar(site http://asilyar.siteedit.ru/) We stayed for 3 days.

Overall impression: quiet and cozy!
Pros: 1) quiet place (at least on weekdays)
2) the cuisine is excellent, the cook discusses the menu with you
3) natural materials and fabrics were used in decoration. The smell of fresh wood in the room is just amazing!
4) there are several excursions to choose from
2) 9 km from the Pavlovsk hydroelectric power station, there is now an asphalt road to the camp sites themselves - you can go there for a swim
Cons: 1) you need your own car or bicycle (there are no bike rentals!) to go to Pavlovka to swim - Ufa is shallow and cold (although 200m from the camp site).
There were no more cons. Somehow I liked everything.
Conclusion: holidays in Bashkiria with a small child are possible.
See prices on websites. We ended up with about 23 tons of gasoline.
