Sports uniform pencil drawing. Winter and summer sports (pictures for children)

At the request of our reader, I prepared a lesson on how to draw an athlete with a pencil. This time I took Vladimir Klitschko as a test subject. Although in Lately he is already more of a politician than an athlete. But he definitely was before and deserved the title of champion.

In general, sport is a type of human activity that does not require much mental effort. More physical and mental. The sport brings great pleasure to both the participants and the spectators. It is especially useful for us artists. Using their example, you can easily study anatomy human body and train. This is what we will do.

How to draw an athlete with a pencil step by step

Step one. I'm sketching a human body. All main parts can be seen in the figure below:

Step two. I begin to draw the face. Eye level is approximately in the middle of the head. The distance from the chin to the nose should be equal to the distance from the nose and eyebrows.

Step three. I begin to draw in detail the entire head and take up the body.

Step four. Pay attention to your emotions. The shadow around the eyes and the folds in the skin between the lips and nose should be visible. I'll add shadows all over the body.

I've also done drawing lessons for other sports, check here.

Football is one of the most popular games on the planet. Children play it after school, adults in their free time from work. And matches of professional football players are a noisy, significant and fun event. So, let's try to figure out how to draw a football player.

Drawing a young football player

Football is a very dynamic game, and team members are in constant motion during a match. Therefore, we will also portray a football player in the midst of the game. We will do everything gradually - this will make it easier to learn how to draw a football player step by step.

Let's start with a sketch. Pay attention to the pose: the back is strongly tilted back, the supporting leg is slightly bent, the arms are spread to the sides.

Now let's add details: draw the outlines of a T-shirt, shorts, and boots. And, of course, you need to draw the ball - after all, it was the football player who hit it with such force that it leaned back.

To make the contours look neat, draw them with a black marker. And at the same time we’ll add even more details: leg warmers, a star on a T-shirt, facial features, hair, patterns on clothes.

To make the picture look more “alive”, we will add shadows - natural and falling, and also draw lines indicating movements. And in the background there is also a mesh gate.

Let's finish here. We have a very cheerful and funny football player, don’t we?

Learning to draw an athlete with a simple pencil

A simple pencil is the main tool of an artist, so you must definitely learn how to draw a football player with a pencil. This time we will draw an adult athlete, and in a very interesting position.

As in the previous version, the first thing we will do is make a general sketch. First, let's draw the upper part of the torso: notice that the torso and arms practically form the letter "x". Right hand almost touches the ground. The football player almost lay down to reach the ball and throw it as far as possible.

Now let's sketch out the elongated leg. It is a continuation of the body located diagonally. Please note that the leg should be slightly bent and not perfectly straight.

Add a supporting leg. Here it is bent strongly, the athlete is almost sitting on it. And no wonder: it bears the entire weight of the body.

When the sketch is finished, we begin to draw contours and add details. It is necessary to outline fingers, facial features, add folds to clothes. We start, as before, with the torso.

And then move on to the legs. They also need to be depicted in as much detail and accuracy as possible.

Now let’s finish drawing the ball and laying out the shadows. Don't be overzealous - it's better not to press with all your might, but to do the shading in several layers.

That's it, the drawing is ready. If you want, you can enhance the shadows a little more and work on the highlights.

Colored drawing of a football player - add some color

WITH pencil drawings everything is more or less clear. So let's move on to the color options and learn how to draw a football player with a ball using colored pencils, crayons or paints.

Using a black pencil, draw the outline up to the waist. Now the torso will tilt forward rather than backward.

Let's add legs. They will be half-bent and widely spaced.

Now the details: patterns on the T-shirt and shorts, studs on the boots and, of course, the ball.

And now the most interesting point- coloring. The socks and shorts will be white with blue and red stripes, the T-shirt will be blue and the boots will be red. But, of course, you can color the athlete to your taste - for example, make the hair black and the uniform bright red.

Football player in cartoon style

Many people think that learning to draw is very difficult. However, in reality, everyone can do this, including children. Now we will talk about how to draw a football player for beginners.

Let's do a general sketch first. Since we are talking about children, let our football player be a boy of about 10 years old.

Then carefully draw the contours with a black marker.

Afterwards we will work on the face: we need to outline the eyes, nose, mouth, ears. Let's also add the outline of the ball.

And now - small parts: pentagons on the ball, grass, spikes on the boots, numbers and stripes on the uniform, highlights on the hair. And don’t forget about tightly clenched fists.

That's all - we did it. Now you have convinced yourself that fine arts there is nothing complicated.

How to draw an athlete will be discussed in this article. Here they will be given step by step instructions with detailed explanations.

Basics for the beginning artist

Today there are cameras and video cameras. But nevertheless, the art of drawing still lives and flourishes. And although it is believed that in order to draw well, you need to have a talent from God, practice proves that skills artistic image the surrounding world should be learned in the same way as knitting, reading, singing, physical culture. And, of course, it is very important to constantly train, watch the work of experienced masters and draw conclusions. It is also important to read the relevant literature and know the basics of artistic depiction of a wide variety of objects.

The basis of auxiliary constructions when depicting the human figure

Not everyone knows how to draw an athlete with a pencil step by step. Therefore, in order for a person to be proportional, before starting to draw, you should make additional constructions - sketch out the “skeleton” of the image using hair lines. Since drawing an athlete is, first of all, depicting a person in motion, the basic rules of proportion of the human body must be strictly observed.

Proportions of the human figure

  1. The distance between the fingertips of the arms extended to the sides is equal to the height.
  2. The hip point - where the legs begin - bisects the main auxiliary line.
  3. The dot dividing the bottom half of the auxiliary line in half marks the knee.
  4. By dividing the top half of the guide line in half, you can find the location of the nipples.
  5. The upper quarter of the line (from the nipples to the end point), divided in half, will help you find the eighth part - it will be occupied by the head in the drawing.
  6. Forearm slightly shorter than ulna
  7. The width of a man's hips is equal to the width of his chest.

How to draw an athlete step by step

Master class: “Drawing a skier”

Since it is possible to draw an athlete on skis without additional construction, in a simplified manner, we will consider this option.

  1. First we draw the athlete's head.
  2. Now we depict arms bent at the elbows at right angles.
  3. It should be remembered that the elbows are located at waist level, and, observing these proportions, complete the drawing of the upper part of the body.
  4. The legs should be drawn in such a length that the point at which they connect divides the figure in half.
  5. Now you can finish drawing the skis and poles for the skier.

This is the simplest version of depicting a person in motion. Therefore, it will most likely be the solution to the problem of how to draw an athlete for a child.

Preliminary work before the image of a skier sliding down the mountain

This task will be more difficult than the previous one, when the artist was faced with the task of drawing a simple person skiing. Since you need to draw an athlete covering a descent at speed in a certain pose, at an angle, it would first be a good idea to carefully look at photographs of skiers in motion.

It should be noted that during a mountain descent, a person’s figure tilts almost 45 degrees to the horizon. Also pay attention to the bent legs and arms - the body seems to be concentrating, leaning sideways and forward.

Additional constructions for the image of a skier sliding down the mountain

  1. Having found out the main points in the image of the skier during the descent, you should make auxiliary constructions, that is, construct the angle of inclination of the athlete’s figure. The lower beam should not be horizontal, but correspond to the slope of the surface - the descent. The tilt ray of the figure will be approximately 45 degrees. But here the following fact should be taken into account: the steeper the descent and the higher the speed of the athlete’s movement, the more people tilts and, therefore, the smaller (sharper) the angle.
  2. When depicting the body of a skier, one should observe the proportions of the human body, since the athlete must be drawn in accordance with generally accepted standards. Therefore, the point where the hip joint is located (in the figure, this place is the point from which the legs diverge) should divide full height a person in half.
  3. The elbow bend of the arm falls on the athlete’s waist, which is slightly above the hip joint.
  4. The knee point divides the line of the leg from the point of the hip joint to the ankle of the foot approximately in half.

Master class image of a skier during the descent

  1. After the necessary auxiliary constructions, you should draw the skier's head.
  2. The next step is to draw the skier's upper body down to the waist. Here it should be borne in mind that the chest should be wider than the head.
  3. The arms are drawn bent, because the athlete is in motion. The bend angle of the left hand and the right hand can be different.
  4. The lines of the skier's legs during the descent cannot be parallel. One leg can be only slightly bent, and the second is located almost at a right angle to it.
  5. Skis should be drawn parallel. The sticks can be either parallel or at an angle to each other.

Image of a ski jumper

Before drawing, it is recommended to consider the athlete's pose. When jumping from a springboard, the skier concentrates, squats, tilting the upper body forward. The line of the figure takes on the shape of a zigzag. The legs in this position are usually parallel to each other, and so are the skis. Sticks are drawn horizontally.

  1. The athlete's head is depicted in a round shape; a mask is drawn over the eyes.
  2. The arm is extended towards the viewer, so its length is shortened - this is according to the rules of projection. The stick should be positioned at a very slight angle to the skis; you can even draw it parallel to the skis.
  3. The back line runs at an angle of 45 degrees to the horizontal. Of course, the back itself should be drawn rounded, and not completely straight. The line with the line of the back makes an angle of approximately 60 degrees. The leg is drawn at the same angle after the knee bend.
  4. Since the artist depicts the skier as if from below, the ski must be drawn not exactly horizontally, but with a slope of approximately 30 degrees.
  5. The second ski is depicted parallel to the first.
  6. If the artist decides to make a drawing in color, then you can make a highlight on the glasses with a stripe.

To become a real artist, you need not only to have natural abilities, but also to study a lot of drawing theory. In order to depict an athlete, the draftsman should study the structure and proportions of the human body. Studying the works of masters can help in acquiring drawing skills. And the most important condition: practical training for an artist is just as important as daily training for an athlete.

Sport is a great alternative to bad habits. Health needs to be maintained from childhood. So that the child is not tempted bad habits, you need to get used to physical education classes from an early age. This contributes to a healthy lifestyle in the future.

First, introduce your child to different sports. There are summer and winter varieties, horse riding and skiing, as well as some children's sports. Since it won’t be possible to show everything on TV at once, we offer you “Sports” pictures that can be easily printed from the website. This is great propaganda against unhealthy lifestyles.

What is the best way to teach children about sports?

Pictures on a sports theme

Especially for children learning various sports, I suggest printing out pictures and photos on the topic “Sports” with inscriptions. They can be funny or serious, but in any case, they will be useful for children.

Your child will be introduced to sports such as: tennis, basketball, football, horse riding, snowboarding, javelin throwing, rhythmic gymnastics, skating, athletics, skiing, cheerleading or cheerleading, American football, baseball, kayaking, fishing.

Here you can download free drawn cards for children with various sports, including funny ones. The pictures are of children, so it will be easier for your child to remember the images. Some of them contain a hint in themselves. For example, horse riding or skiing can be easily recognized by the corresponding attributes, and summer or winter sports can be easily recognized by the weather surrounding the athletes. Some children say: “I like to watch figure skating or equestrian sports.” Use the interest of children to instill in them from childhood healthy image life and get rid of bad habits. The image of an athlete is extremely important in raising children.

Drawn pictures and photos with captions on the topic “Sports” for children:

Beautiful cards with images various types sports for children.

How to play?

Print out the pictures, cut them into cards, combine the names of various sports with the images, glue them to each other so that the cards last longer, I advise you to laminate them or cover them with regular tape. Don't be afraid if some of the pictures are funny: children should laugh a little.

  1. If the baby is still very small, show him 2-3 different sports pictures every day several times a day, the next day add a few more cards and gradually change them. When showing cards with sports, name what sport it is, describe and examine what the children in the picture are doing, what they are holding in their hands, what they are wearing, etc. When you understand that the child has learned the information, you can check and offer the child to choose first from two options, then from more cards showing which sport. For example, ask to find summer activities, skiing or horse riding. You can ask older children why physical education classes - great alternative bad habits. If the guys don’t know, be sure to tell them. Maybe in the future they will tell you: “I love and choose sports in my life!”
  2. You can also use these same sports pictures as an educational poster; you just need to download and print it, and then hang it on the wall at the child’s eye level. When the child becomes interested and approaches the poster, tell him about one of the sports presented.
  3. With the same cards, you can also play memory development games; to do this, you need to download and print two versions of the cards, turn them over and take them out two at a time.
  4. With older children, you can discuss these sports pictures in more detail, dream about what sport your child would like to play and why? You can give a task to come up with short story on the topic “I love and choose...” Let everyone decide what kind of sport he wants to do, and what sports programs loves to watch. Invite the kids to list healthy and harmful hobbies, and also think about what the alternative to bad habits might be.
  5. Drawn pictures with inscriptions are intended for both group lessons in kindergartens and schools early development, junior primary classes, and for individual lessons Houses. They can be used to promote propaganda against bad habits and for a healthy lifestyle.

At school youngest daughter There is a drawing competition on the theme of sports and health. Apparently, in connection with the upcoming Olympic Games in Sochi...

We thought for a long time what to draw.

Of course, it could just be tourism - silhouettes of people with backpacks against the backdrop of mountains. Good idea, but it only came to my mind now, when my daughter’s drawing was already hanging in the school corridor...

The fact is that drawing people is very difficult task. To be honest, I myself never knew how and didn’t like to draw people (that’s why I never learned, because I didn’t like it). But I always drew landscapes, animals or fantasy pictures with pleasure.

In general, we puzzled for a long time. We interviewed everyone we knew and looked at children’s drawings on the topic of sports on the Internet. But everything was either too complicated or a little not what we wanted...

For example, my friend Ollie (author of the “Women’s Logic” blog), when I complained that I couldn’t think of anything to depict on the topic of sports and health without drawing people, suggested that I depict dumbbells under the bed. Like always at hand.

Great idea, thank you, Ol! But somehow it is still associated more with abandonment rather than with activities. I myself have dumbbells... no, not under the bed... in the closet. When I’m cleaning, sometimes I come across them, I look at them with slight annoyance, trying to remember when I picked them up... In general, these are my associations...

It was still necessary to depict some kind of action. Well, I don’t know... A girl doing the splits with a gymnastics ribbon. A skier rushing down the mountainside. Swimmer floating in the pool.

But this is difficult even for me. And for a 7-year-old child... My daughter doesn’t go to the art club. Everything she can do is something she has by nature. And a little from me. And what I don’t know how to do, I can’t teach...

As a result, I spent a long time on the Internet. But I never found sport without people.

And so... I really liked the drawing of a 6-year-old kid, which I found on the Internet. The kid is a genius! Because I will never draw like this in my life...

A drawing I found on the Internet. The artist is 6 years old!

I showed it to my daughter. She said: “Oh, beautiful! Let's try to draw something like that!”

We tried it.

Since I am not a supporter of drawing for the child, as parents sometimes do (some themselves admitted this to me, but these are parents not from our class or from our school at all), we did this. I took large leaf Whatman paper I gave the same one to my daughter. And we sat down to draw. Near.

I drew and explained to her how and what should be done. Sometimes she helped a little, but more with advice than with her hands, pencil or brush.

This is what happened to me.

Goalkeeper. My drawing

Don't shoot at... the artist, he draws as best he can. And I’m not an artist at all... Although I studied a little as a child. My drawing turned out... very childish. And you can’t tell that an adult drew it. I don’t know how to draw people – that’s all!

And this is what happened to my daughter. Let me remind you that she only recently turned 7 years old.

Goalkeeper. Drawing of my daughter, 7 years old

Classmates are delighted!

Even high school students came and said that this was a real football player.

We will win on school competition or not – it doesn’t really matter to us. The main thing is that we wanted to do it, we tried to do it, and we succeeded. Well, at least it’s approximately what I wanted.
