Book for men and women

Let us immediately pay attention to one purely technical issue. The materials in this book can be successfully used by both men and women. But sometimes phrases are built in such a way that it is not possible to immediately address representatives of both sexes, you need to choose. The repetition of phrases with altered endings (masculine and feminine) is a vain increase in the volume of the book. Prefixing at the end of verbs with endless (a) also does not decorate the text.
